We had a wonderful time here. I dont think I have ever stayed in a more well stocked vacation rental, or worked with such a kind and accomodating host. The complex was nice and quiet. The location was so convenient, with countlees restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The fold out sofa bed was very comfortable and much larger and comfortable than most sofa beds. My 6ft teenage boys shared it with no issues. This rental is a great value!
Great communication feom start to.finish from Wendy. The condo is clean, ac is cold, the lanai over the pool is convenient with children, and in room washer/ dryer is a big help with salt water clothing. The master bed was very comfortable and would recommend when using the queen sleeper to lay it down on the ground. The overall wakable location to Starbucks, Shave Ice, a grocery, local food, the beach, and more was great with children and the central location on the island made getting around a breeze. Will be staying here in the future and recommend to everyone!
The condo was in a great location with easy access to both sides of the island. It was the perfect size for our family of three. The deck was a nice place to hang out in the morning and after a long day of exploring. We’ve stayed in several condos over the years and we all agreed this was the nicest! There was plenty of beach equipment for us to use over the week (4 beach chairs, several snorkel sets, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards) no need to rent anything extra! We had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!
This condo has it all: cookware, beach equipment, nice decoration, comfortable beds, clean BBQs, nice pool, etc. The real gem though is Wendy's care and kindness. 10/10 would rent again! Mahalo nui loa :)
Location was very nice. A two minute walk to the beach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. They even had beach accessories and toys which our child loved!
This was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was nicely decorated and appointed with beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, coolers - everything you need for a Kaua’i vacation. It has air conditioning and washer/dryer in the condo unit so you can pack a little lighter and do not have to share which was wonderful. Both were a ‘must have’ for us. Do not underestimate the need for air conditioning. It has a nice small beach to enjoy, but not a swimming beach at least in October because the waves are more intense. We did see a lot of birds, sea life in the tidal area, and one evening there was a Monk seal on the beach. The condominium pool and landscape are cleaned daily.
Kapa’a is a central location for exploring Kaua’i. It is a small town so it is convenient to shops, restaurants, and food trucks. It’s a short drive to Walmart and Costco. It is not a garden location as it is a small town, but the garden spots are short drives as is everything in Kaua’i no matter where you stay. There are palm trees and Hawai’i wildlife around the condominium. This is what we wanted and we were very pleased. I recommend this central location.
Great location!! We had an amazing stay at this condo. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. There were beach gear available to use. Having a washer and dryer was a plus!! Looking forward to staying here on future trips!

Really nice spot on the oceanfront in Kapaa. One of the cleanest, up to date, well stocked units we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially enjoyed the covered lanie overlooking the pool, and proximity to the multi use pathway for morning walks along the beach! Grocery store just across the street. Highly recommend this rental!
Property exceeded exceptions and description on VRBO listing. Extremely clean, well maintained and updated property in a centrally located area on the east side of Kauai.
All basic necessities provided - towels, linens, paper products and spices. Also included were beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and 4 complete sets of mask/snorkel and swim fins.
Property complex located directly across from grocery store and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Location also makes an easy drive to airport, beaches, hiking trails and all parts of the island.
Ideal property for small family looking for a place to stay In Kauai.
Staying on the east side of the island made it easy to make trips to the north and to the south. The condo was clean and communication was clear.
This was our second stay. The condo and location is perfect for our needs. We have quick access to the ocean. We are within walking distance of the Safeway for any grocery needs.The condo has everything that we needed for our stay. The addition of the Keurig coffee maker was a big hit for us this time. Any questions to the owners were replied to quickly. Had a wonderful time once again.

This condo was as advertised - very clean and perfect for what we needed. The host was very responsive. Check in went smoothly. The pull-out couch was in an area that could be closed off if we'd needed. The Kauai Kookies and coffee were a nice touch! It was perfectly situated - Safeway, VIP Treats and Sweets, Wailua Drive-In, Kenji Burgers, and Wailua Shave Ice were all within walking distance. We also got fabulous malasadas at Island Craves and Passion Bakery which were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved our Kauai Kahlani condo! It is in a great location, has 2 pools and is a short walk to the beach. The owner was friendly and available during our stay. Loved the condo and all it offered. They had beach chairs, coolers, scuba gear and sand toys in the closet. Great stay! Would highly recommend.
