We recently stayed at this property and appreciated the great location and overall setup. The property met all of our needs during the trip. Kapa’a is a great central location to see all of Kauai. The communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Parking was clearly marked and close to the condo. That said, we did notice the cleanliness could have been improved. There were a few areas that felt like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, such as floors, couches, and rug. It wasn’t enough to ruin the trip. We would certainly consider staying here again. With a little more attention to cleaning between guests, this place could be a fantastic stay. We’re hopeful future visitors will have an even better experience!

This property is in a great location, many walkable restaurants and shops nearby.
The condo was the BEST location to get to all the activities, North and South. The (2) pools were a great perk for our 14 yo son... who may actually be a fish.Well stocked with clean towels.Comfortable beds.Great water pressure with awesome shower head.Balcony in the tree is so cool! The birds were our friends.No noisy neighbors.People complained about the road noise, but it was a non issue for us.Site manager tested the pools every morning and does an amazing job at maintaining the property.Was it perfect, no. No place is. Definitely a grand slam for the price point! We LOVED it!
We came with some family for our daughter’s graduation gift. The property is a good location although the driveway was a little tricky to find the first time, parking was good and close to the beach. The unit was fairly clean other than some worn carpet but I suppose that’s to be expected with these types of units. A nice bonus was some of the water equipment and a cooler in the unit that we could use for our daily excursions.
Place was clean and everything worked, except knob was broken on the stove top and rice cooker lid was broken. Location was both a plus and minus: it was close to groceries and restaurants but could be quite noisey during morning and evening rush hours. Provided portable beach chairs and cooler were much appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great. Across the street from Safeway and a quick walk to a very quiet beach. The AC worked great (once I figured out the correct setting). The condo was clean though some high places like the fans need to be dusted. My only complaint is that the front window for the master bedroom doesn’t keep out sounds very well so I could hear traffic and chickens. I was able to sleep with the help of some white noise but it might be hard for light sleepers. I did see some beach chairs in the closet though we didn’t use them. There was also a small cooler available. No spices or oil other than salt and pepper so bring what you need. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for breakfast.
The location is awesome walk to the beach, walk to shopping and restaurants. Your almost smack in the middle of the island, along the coast. Our family did enjoy our stay the room was clean and everything worked.
Great Location to be able to explore the whole island! Our family had a great time in Kauai. We did wish the kitchen had a few more items for cooking. We had to buy our own hot pads as there were none. Overall the condo served us well for our evenings!
The location was convenient to get anywhere on the island. The caretaker of this complex does an amazing job. The grounds and common amenities are all very well maintained and clean. The roosters are annoyance more so here than at the other property we stayed at.
This was a great place for my family to stay. The beds were comfortable and the lanai was so nice. The location is also really good.
Great value for the money. Love the location; near both north and south activities. A few items were not working properly, though communication with the management company was fantastic and they did what they could to remedy the issues.
The condo’s location was perfect for runners as we were able to easily access the run/bike path daily. We walked into Kapaa town about a mile away. The Safeway was across the street. Beach access was easily accessible so took advantage of daily sunrises. The condo’s couches and rugs were well worn. The second bedroom’s wall adjacent to the living space was essentially a screen that did not reach the ceiling, making noise an issue. Not a great setup for a family of 4 and mother-in-law.
Comfortable clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, living room plus lanai made for lots of common spaces, pool is just outside and is rarely used by residents. Good location with shops and restaurants in the area and easy for day trips to north or south.
Only suggestions for missing items: oil and salt would make cooking easier, also conditioner in the shower.

Great stay for myself and 2 friends. Very convenient location for all of our adventures and across the street from a grocery store with many restaurants and food trucks nearby. Hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
We picked this property because of the recently renovated. Not sure what year it was renovated, but it was not in the past couple of years. The carpets are worn, wouldn't say dirty, but stained and worn. The refrigerator was missing the handles, the stove top only worked on the high setting, the washer did not work and hand to be replaced while we were there. The smoke detector went off the last 2 days we were there. Not fun at 5 am. And then it would automatically shut off. No dishwasher liquid stocked. They did bring some the next day. They did have most items you needed stocked ie: garbage bags, laundry detergent, towels, shampoo and body wash and the usual household items. We could never get the a/c to work properly. It was either freezing cold or it would keep shutting off every 10 minutes. We had to contact the management company 4 times about things that were not working or missing. To me that is unacceptable. They never told us before we got there were to park. What was our assigned place. It was a number that didn't even go with the unit. Very poor. And when we contacted them about the washer not turning on. Oh, it wasn't working properly for the past couple of renters. Really. Then why wasn't it replaced before we got there? You do it after we complain and then decide to paint the bathroom too. How about painting after we left. I have had rentals for many years and this is not something I would do to guests. Would I rent here again. NO.
Really enjoyed our stay on a budget. Loved that we were at the central location on the island. Easy to get to North and South side.
Overall good place to stay, Safeway was right across for convenience of grocery shopping. The beach however is rocky but you can walk to other areas too. My only complaint was its proximity to the busy street and getting used to sleeping at night with traffic sound. But its central location made it worth it.
The condo is great! The location is excellent. So many stores and restaurants, and right on the beach. We will definitely be back!
Great location! So easy to venture north or south on the island! Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! The condo slept all 6 of us comfortably and I heard no complaints. The A/C and 3 ceiling fans kept us cool when we needed it. I loved morning coffee on the lanai with mountains in the background! Close to the beach for sunrise and we got to see whales every morning we went out for sunrsie. The pool was clean and refreshing! Maintenence tested and checked the pool every morning, and the property was always clean and safe. He even blew the dust off our rental van with the blower when it got dusty from landscaping cleanup! Candace was easy to contact when I had questions! Booking, check in/out couldnt have been smoother! Mahalo Candace!
This was our first time visiting Kauai in the location was great because we could easily access both the north and south part of the island. The road noise was a bit loud but you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores very easily.

Location was perfect to dining, shopping, touring the island. Washer and dryer and beach towels and coolers made it a special touch for accommodation. Met John the property manager on site and his wife and they were really nice. The only dislike was having to take huge luggage up 3 floors and cooler downstairs 3 floors . Best to say NO ElEVATORS.
But had i known that i would not have booked it but im glad i did .
