The condo had everything we needed. The location was a plus because it was centered between the north side of the island and south side for driving to activities.
The property is conveniently located for activities on the island. A closet & shade in the condo need repairing.
The windows in the main bedroom & bath would not close all the way causing hot air to enter the rooms.
I appreciated that The island contact was readily available for answers to questions. I enjoyed the use of beach chairs & snorkel equipment

My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying in this condo. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. It was also an easy drive to any part of the island. The condo was spacious and clean. The check in/out instructions were clear and helpful. We didn't have any issues with finding parking during different times of the day. Having easy/short access to the beach was wonderful for watching sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend staying here & we are already looking to see their 2026 availability in hopes that we can stay here again soon.
Lovely beach so close. Comfortable beds, plenty of room to relax and shopping and food nearby. Would love to come again!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is appointed with kitchen implements, dishware, utensils, pans, some basic staples and herbs. Breezes keep the room pleasant without the need for air conditioning.It is located south of Kapaa, a nice position between the Northwest side beyond Princeville and the Southwest side of Waimea Canyon State Park.
great location fully stocked with coolers,snorkel gear, and everything needed for making great dinners! We had a great time on Kauai staying here and we would certainly stay here again. Our only word of advice, and not a knock against the host, is that the bedroom can sometimes get stuffy so if you’re a light sleeper that can’t do warm temperatures, the pull out queen bed they have in the living room would suit you better. The hosts are fantastic and have a lovely place.

Our stay here was most enjoyable. The condo is well thought out with many amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
My favorite part of the day is sunrise on the beach with a cup of coffee. The rest of the day we went exploring. Be aware that to access the beaches on the north shore you need a reservation that can be made 30 days in advance and sell out quickly. GoHaena.com you need this for Tunnels beach and Ke`e beach and Blue room cave.
Smith's tropical Paradise has the best luau, IMO. This too sells out quickly so make your reservations in advance.

We had a wonderful stay. The Condo was perfect for what we needed, and the location was great, easy access to either side of the island. The Condo was well stocked and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
Loved the location. Sunrises each morning. Easy access to all parts of the island. We want to come back!
Enjoyed our stay, but location has some concerns that can’t really be described in Description.
Vey comfortable primary bed. Fold out bed wasn’t really comfortable for two small young adults adult. Kitchen is beautiful and fully functional with everything you need. Don’t leave cookies/treats out. The ants will get them, but it’s a lush island. Just put in fridge.
Whole house A/C is actually a single Minisplit with a portable fan to direct air towards primary bedroom.
It is Kauai. Research nice calm beaches and you will find at least four. The rest are big wave beautiful beaches.
Here is the primary Beef. Parking is quite a fiasco. If the spots on the left side of the complex are full( all dirt park as can)-then there are five stalls that you can assume next door and walk through the complex wall to get.

The thief’s loss. Nothing left inside. But I would be concerned. Maybe leave all storage areas open so thief can see nothing inside
The stay in the unit and the unit itsself was fine. We had only problems with the door lock which didn’t work sometimes. The last day I had to use a ledder and take the way across the balcony. But perhaps it was our fault because we have complete other systems in Germany to enter an apartment.
I couldn’t have had a better place to stay. It had that extra touch to make you feel right at home. When they say 100 steps to beach they were correct. I got up early and saw beautiful sunrises and also saw a monk seal on the beach.
Location was perfect to see many excursions.
Another plus was the bike path along the beach. I just got up n walked for miles on it . Also great stores to shop in.
People were all so friendly.
The cleaning person Sheila was excellent n there for anything you needed.
I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone.
