The hotel was clean and had every amenity you could think of: Dishwasher, pots & pans, stove/oven, sink with disposal, a bath and half bath, 2 bedrooms and a beautiful overlooking view of the beach. A/C flowed perfectly throughout the house (hard to find on the islands), really nice sea wall at the beach, and a temperature controlled swimming pool. Had it been for my family we wished we had this room over our own house! Otherwise, perfect walking distance from any store for anything you need; Ross, Longs Drugs, Safeway, and a couple of good restaurants.
We enjoyed the low-key local environment in Kapaa, which made day trips to other parts of the island a breeze! The kitchen was well appointed with everything you will need and the washer/dryer was a life saver! We had an issue when someone parked in our assigned spot, we called management and they reached out to the onsite manager. They kept an eye on the car and were quick to chat with the owner when they showed up. Problem solved! El Rey Del Mar has amazing tacos! And don't skip Java Kai! Shhhh...don't tell anyone, we loved it there!
Nice view of ocean. AC was wonderful. Bedroom tv didn’t work properly. Pretty clean.
Overall the property was great. perfect location. Pool size was very deceiving and very small and seemed as though it was not heated so we never went in it. Bedrooms were extremely small and outdoor chairs were uncomfortable. Checking in was a breeze. the biggest downfall was how close the neighbors were. It was bad wanting to just sit in quiet on the deck in the morning and watch the sun come up and the neighbors turn on the back light and sit within feet of you. A few of these things could have been disclosed i feel.

We had a great time. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. It truly was our ho.e away from home. It is centrally located to all parts of the island. There is shopping in walking distance. Overall we had a great stay.
The condominium was very clean, updated and well supplied. The view from the deck makes it very difficult to do anything but relax and enjoy! You are convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The management company kept in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Perfect place!

The condo is in very convenient and safe location, we had everything that we needed. The property was very clean and well maintained .Everything was accurate from the listing.I am very please with VBRO and especially with garden island property manager, they went above and beyond customer service.I would recommend this property to anyone want to go to KAUI.Definitely I will rent this condo when I come back to KAUI.

We spent 6 days in the condo while staying on Kauai. We were 3 adults. The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. The condo was clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked with every utensils you could think of. We didn't miss anything. We would definitely recommend itto friends and family.
So much to see on this island. The location of this condo made it easy to see all the sights. Hope to come again someday.
The condo was nicely situated to walking everywhere. The walking path along the beach is fantastic and so fun if you rent bikes. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and everyone was so nice to deal with. We would come back here!
