Amazing unit! Perfect for a family of 4! Perfect location for both the north and south shore!
We loved our morning sunrises with coffee on the lanai and afternoon naps on the loungers watching the waves and listening to the tropical breeze
Close to stores and restaurants but feels very private. Easy to get around the island. Poke bowls at Pono Market are the best! Bike rentals nearby and the Kapaa trail is great for ocean views. Property management company was quick to respond if we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location right on the beach-island breeze everyday giving us fresh air and didn’t need to run the ac all the time but it was available if needed. Host is very nice and prompt through out the entire stay. Check in and che k out very easy and the home was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay very much
Kept clean and neat but slightly rundown. The location was good with great views of the ocean. The condo needs new living room furniture, the love seat and arm chair were very uncomfortable to sit on. The shower head should be replaced, it felt like being stabbed with a thousand tiny needles. The rest was good.
Very clean RELAXING stay at this two bedroom 1 bath condo! Husband and I loved listening and watching the surf. When we rerun to Kauai I will look first at this property to stay. Hated to leave!

Nice place for a couple . Ocean view is amazing. Location is awesome to visit all sides of island . Grocery store is across the street ! Oasis next door is a must for beach dining ! Just a short walk for a fabulous meal . No complaints ! We will be back ! Really nice !
This property is wonderful! Great views, deck outside with table and chairs to watch the sunrise, and looks down at the beautiful pool.. Everything about the condo is just perfect! I even liked the comforter for the king size bed so much I ordered one! Kitchen has everything you could need. New appliances. The washer and dryer were a real plus. Lots of extras - beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, just to name a few. Great to have an air-conditioner even though we just needed it a couple times. Centrally located in Kapaa, easy to go north or south. Walk to Safeway and shopping center across the street. Reserved parking space was wonderful. Grounds to property really nice - we even watched bananas grow on 2 trees. We have already shared info about the condo with our friends. We'll be back!
Property was clean, all facilities were in working order, and the unit was well appointed. We had a great time with no issues.
Especially liked the view from the balcony. No direct sunlight. Property was very quiet which we liked.
