Beautiful ground floor condo. WellAppointed. Steps to the pool and just a few more to the beach/ocean. Great place to watch the sun rise every morning.
This condo with ocean view is lovely. Kapaa is a convenient location. Love the unique reefy coastline. My mom uses a walker, so I appreciated that there are no steps, stairs or carpet.

It was great! We were near where our event was held at.
Not extremely impressed.Rust on lamps, refrigerator, window frames. Pitted fixtures in bathroom. Bed is not comfortable at all, neither is the couch in the livingroom. Biggest problem was the AC did not cool the main bedroom at all. Fans in the hallway was somewhat of a help, but not much and in the way when walking.Showerhead needs a good cleaning and the shower curtain wraps around you when showering. Diswasher ran on heaviest cycle, still had to hand wash the dishes as the were not clean at all.
Beautiful ocean view, very convenient to stores, shops, and dining. Screen door was broken, looks like it’s been for a while as an old “parts ordered” sticker was on it. Living room sofa was a bit discolored/dirty. Beach chairs/ portable umbrella, and cooler were nice to be able to use. Over a good stay for the value.
We love this condo! The ocean front view is amazing and we enjoyed seeing the sunrise everyday. It’s very clean and central to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!
Condo had a beautiful view of the beach and the accommodations were very comfortable. An electrical breaker needed to be replaced on the third day but response was quick and efficient.
We stayed at the condo for 10 days. The pros were that we were centrally located. The property is small but very nice and has ocean access and beautiful views and sunrises. Pros in the condo: extras provided like laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and detergent, coffee and cookies were a great touch! Providing beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler was wonderful to have. It has a ln air conditioning unit in the back of the condo that provided enough coolness for the condo. The main room got a bit warm but had fans to help. Cons: the place needs updating and a good deep cleaning.
The location and views were great! The condo was very nice but needs a little more personal or homey feel. The kitchen is very sparce. I like to cook most of our meals to save money.

This property is perfect. CLEAN, spotless in fact! Beachfront view and right next to the pool. Great value for what you get. Everything was beyond my expectations. I’m so glad I chose to stay here.
We had the best time getting to explore Kauai from this awesome condo!! It was the perfect location. It was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach! I want to come back!
The property was very clean, well located. Having the pool and the beach just steps away from your patio was amazing. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked however one suggestion. Not having a Keurig machine instead of a regular coffee pot was a bummer. I knew this going in but i must make the recommendation that the property managers consider this. Two people are seldom going to be drinking a pot of coffee. And they often may drink different coffees so being able to make a simple, single cup of coffee each morning when the guests buy k-cups on the way in must be the way to go. Just a suggestion. And also. The outer screen door did not slide easily so may need to be looked at. These are all suggestions and not a knock on the property as I have given it 5 stars! The property managers were fantastic to work with as well.
Everything was as advertised. Grounds were very Hawaiian. Many amenities close by. Very comfortable lodging with everything needed.
Just had a great stay, great location! Had issues with the TV, that was replaced the very next day. Had a fast response every time we contacted VACASA. Great stay. Thanks

Location was fabulous. Condo was good. Sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Appreciated the abundance of towels and hygiene products. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware.
We only stayed 2 nights but had everything we needed and used the in-unit washer-dryer which was very handy. Nice breezes through the sliding doors.
Not as glamorous as the ad made it look. Older building with lots of wear and tear in the unit. Could use a coat of paint. Kids upstairs started running around at five am. Thin walls you can hear everything. No a/c! Fans in every room. Ceiling fan in bedroom did not work. Called maintenance and they never came to fix it.
After multiple calls to property manager they offered $120 refund for our inconvenience. Still have not seen refund, checked out yesterday.King mattress was old and lumpy. No were to put luggage except in closet but no suitcase stand.
Had to call to get pool code. Pool was slimy and not maintained properly.
Lanai could use scrubbing! (bird poop)
Musty moldy smell. Can tell it is a damp environment. Over priced! Won’t stay there again.
