Everything was as described and was a great property and location. Not the owners fault, but was extremely hot while we were there and unit was uncomfortable till evening each night and winds cooled it down.
We had all we needed for our stay in this lovely condo. The lanai was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the birds, flowers and immense green lawns.
We loved this unit. It is now our favorite place to stay in Kauai and we have been vacationing in Kauai for more than a dozen years. We already rebooked for next year - probably says it all.Everything we needed was provided and all the equipment was of very good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and equipment.We stayed over Christmas, a really busy tourist season, and we did have to time our grilling a little. Tom responded immediately and resolved our question about the grill.The unit was very comfortable and quiet. We ate on the lanai nearly every day. The table umbrella was very helpful and the lounge chairs very comfortable. Tom and Margaret have obviously put a lot of effort into this spacious, tastefully decorated unit. The location is ideal for us, we walked along the beautiful Maha’ulepu Heritage Trail frequently. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit.

You will be wanting for nothing if you decide to stay here! This condo was absolutely perfect for us. It was spacious, super clean, walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach, and maybe 10 minutes if you want to stroll down to Brennecke's or get yourself a Puka dog. Really, I cannot think of a single thing that I would change at this gorgeous place. We've stayed at many places in our 30 plus years of coming to Kauai, and this condo is definitely one of the top 3 that I can recall. You won't be disappointed!
This was definitely one of the best, if not the best stocked vacation rentals we have stayed at. (kitchen, beach equipment, etc.) Thank you for providing everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. For a rental that is not right on the ocean, the location could not be better and views from the lanai are amazing. Without a doubt, we will try to book the condo again if we get the chance to return to Kauai.
It was a great place, better than we hoped. The lanai overlooking the greenbelt with an ocean view was beautiful. Access was super easy, and the kitchen and closet with beach gear were both well stocked with everything we could want. With the tradewinds blowing we never even had to turn on the AC, despite it being upper 80s temps.

Tom & Margaret were amazing hosts- Thanks much for the welcome goodie basket & lovely card! Their home is so beautiful & tastefully decorated. All furnishings are upgraded & top quality, we loved all of the great artwork & decor. It was our home away from home & we would definitely stay again!
Picture perfect condo with a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Quiet, super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, oil, spices, etc. The bed is really comfortable. I have back problems, so I appreciated the high quality mattress. In fact, all the furnishings and appliances are in really good condition. The condo comes with everything we needed for a day at the beach - beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Very convenient location- a quick drive to Starbucks, shops and restaurants. HomeAway is the place to stay!
This condo is an amazing deal. Not only does it have a view of the ocean, but comes fully equipped with everything you could need. Close to multiple beaches, restaurants, and access to pool. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. My friends staying at the high end resort down the street were jealous of the condo and how much more of a value it was. The instruction book that was present made everything in the condo easy to use and find. We would stay here again with out hesitation.
