The condo was clean, comfortable and furnishings were lovely. Essentials in the kitchen appreciated, as well as the beach items in the closet. Location was close to family, walk to beach, Duke's and other restaurants.
The only word that comes to my mind is the word PERFECT! I can’t think of any place more accommodating than where the family stayed at. I highly recommend this place as a place to stay while on vacation.

Very nice rental. Everything worked flawlessly and was well equipped for our needs. The air conditioners were wonderful and quickly cooled down the unit. We were often gone most of the day and it would be pretty warm upstairs upon returning, but the a/c quickly made things comfortable.

I was here for one week of mixed vacation and business. This was a great place to stay. The condo was well maintained. All the appliances worked well. It was a super convenient location for seeing the island - about 50 minutes to Waimea canyon and about the same to get to the Na Pali coast. If you are looking for a great view, it does not have that. But you are a 3-5 minute walk from the beach. There is a nearby mall (3-5 minute walk) with restaurants and souvenirs nearby. Costco and target are less than five minutes by car. price wise - it was definitely cheaper than the Royal Sonesta hotel across the street where my business convention was being held. I did have one minor hiccup with check-in but that was quickly resolved. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this VRBO.

Banyan Harbor is just a short way from the airport. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The coffee provided was a treat. The management company was quick to respond when I realized I'd left a jacket that they found and will send.

Stayed here for 8 nights in July. Great location to visit the island, beautiful beach across the street. Good amenities although A/C working on a timer is weird. Thoughtful goodie bag and we also loved the fact that there were brach chairs and sunshade available for us in the apartment

This condo was clean, well-maintained, very welcoming and provided very useful amenities such as air conditioning, washer/dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. It was in the perfect location for travelling all over the entire island, and also conveniently located close to the airport and a local, swimmable beach. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this condo and thie company!
The property worked out wonderfully for us, there was an ice chest, umbrella, chairs, etc. Practically all you could ask for! Stayed here for about a week and it was a great place to get home to after a full day on the island exploring! Quiet neighborhood, and friendly people around. Second bedroom upstairs is a little small for two people but worked out well.

A9 at Banyan Harbor is a little slice of heaven and the grounds and condo are immaculately kept. Air conditioners, full kitchen (BBQ outside, living room with 2 lanais, washer & Dryer, beach across street and can see entire beach from poolside. Best time in my life!!!!

Very good place, it was very nice location. We loved watching the big ships come into port. The only thing that we found is that they did not have sharp knifes. We cooked most of our meals, well stocked kitchen.
Full disclosure - when we got to our place, there had been a mix up and it wasn't ready for us, but I am not taking off any stars because despite the fact that it was 11:30 at night, the owner was immediately available to fix the problem, they put us up for the night elsewhere at their expense while they cleaned it, and made sure that we were completely happy with our overall stay - and we definitely were. The condo is in a GREAT location, it's in wonderful shape, perfectly stocked and decorated. We had a lovely stay, it's walking distance to everything we needed, it's a quiet area, the pool is fantastic (though we spent most of our time at the beach a short walk away), and we had everything we could ask for. I recommend this place without the slightest hesitation.

Property is close to grocery store such as Costco, Walmart, target, Starbucks, food trucks, and many local dining restaurants. It’s very center to everything you need and the beach.
The condo itself has everything that you need such as towels, cooking ware even rice cooker, boogie board, beach chairs x 5, beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. You really just need to bring your personal stuff.
There is a beach park across the street. Overall the location and the condo was great. Had a great time and created lasting memories with family.
The only cmplaint I have is the state of the pool. There was a lot of bugs, debris. Water did not look clear.
