Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe there.
Very comfortable and extremely well decorated with beautiful Hawaiian art. Very well equipped with anything we needed. A great lanai. And a beautiful yard. We would definitely stay there again.
This property truly felt like home. Beautiful pictures and quilts throughout the home and overall peaceful and calming ambiance. They had a Lovely garden with all the tropical foliage. We loved eating dinner on the lanai and cooking at home after a day of adventuring. We met a few neighbors and they were very kind. We enjoyed walking to the beach near by and a baby albatross waiting to learn to fly was nearby that we saw every morning and evening. At the end of our stay, there was a magnificent rainbow where we could see end to end. We went snorkeling and surfing and our kids enjoyed using the boogie boards and sand toys. We will definitely be staying again the next time we come back to Kaua’i!
We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. The wraparound deck overlooking the beautiful garden was wonderful. Host was extremely responsive and everything was just great!
Thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days here. Will definitely come back.

The Baldwin house gets an Ono as the perfect location for all your Princeville activities. Great beaches are nearby allowing for beach time and other activities in the same day. We enjoyed the Kilauea Bakery, just down the road, and a tour of Na Aina Kai Botanical Gardens, just five minutes from the bakery. Thank the Baldwins by being a responsible guest and hopefully they will continue their generosity of sharing their home! C. Sandfort
This is a beautiful home in Princeville. The wraparound porch was one of our favorite areas of the home. It was so nice to make coffee and sit out and watch the neighbors and the chickens go by. Beautiful piece of property.The home was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host provided things for the beach such as chairs and snorkel gear. The kitchen was well equipped with pots pans, cookie sheets, etc. etc. They even had beach towels for everyone.There is no air conditioning in the house, but there is a nice airflow. They have screen doors on all of the doors and all of the windows open so it stayed nice and cool for our visit.The location is wonderful, near to shopping centers, golfing, and beaches. This is not our first visit to Princeville, but this was one of the best places we have stayed at and I hope to stay again. I can’t say enough good things about this property.

The house was great. Very well-stocked and comfortable. We loved the lanai for morning coffee. Close to Hanalei, our favorite spot. Would definitely stay there again, hopefully soon!!
We loved staying in this house and would stay again. It’s layout felt very spacious for my family of six. It felt very well stocked in the kitchen. Even better, it was very well stocked with beach items such as chairs, snorkels, and especially surfboards to use! Had I known that I wouldn’t have brought my own. The location was conveniently close to Foodland. Check in was easy except the VRBO app was glitching and I had to message the host directly to get the passcode for the door (which they were prompt with).
We spent 2 months here and it was like a second home for us. Everything I would want in my own home.

This property was so cozy and in a desirable location. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you would need for your stay.
Our favorite spot was sitting out on the patio every morning and evening to enjoy the beautiful views and weather (even in the rain).
Perfect for a small family who would like a quiet little spot to relax after a full day of exploring the wonderful island of Kauai.
This home is everything you could want while staying in Kauai. It is close to several beaches and the neighborhood is very welcoming. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch with the geckos while feeling the cool breeze.
Enjoyed the house, clean, well-stocked and everything stated in description. However, emailed host twice with no response throughout entire stay.
Pros: Lovely location in the north just minutes from lots of great beaches and sites. Comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen so we could actually cook, 5 min from a grocery store, very clean and bug free--which can be tricky on the island! An especially nice perk was having access to beach gear!
Cons: No AC, which isn't unusual for Hawaii, but it became a problem for us, especially between 2-8 pm, when the house was pretty uncomfortable. Thankfully they had lots of box fans to use, and we used ALL of them, but it felt like living in a beehive for a week. If you are used to that climate and not having AC then it probably won't be an issue, but sadly I don't think I would return because it was an issue for me.

It's nice to stay in a place that is frequented by the owners, you can tell they love and use the place, and have it set up properly. Very well maintained and outfitted, with almost nothing missing from what a vacay rental should have.
It's a beautiful home in an ideal location, with conscientious owners and friendly neighbors. We even got invited to game night at a neighbors home.
But don't book here, we want it available for our next trip!

My family and I have been staying in Princeville for years and honestly this was our favorite rental by far.
Everything we could possible need was there and it all was in great working order; there were plenty of towels and spare linens and more than enough dishes in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and that never happens!!
This is such a comfortable charming home and we enjoyed every minute!

We enjoyed the home, especially the porch in the morning. Living room and kitchen were well laid out. It was nice to be able to grill also.
We had an amazing week here! The house was wonderful! The area is quiet - house had every single thing we needed. It was CLEAN, quiet, very comfortable - our only issue is we don’t want to leave!
Lots of places to visit in the area - a short walk took us to an area we could watch the whales on their way through.
We WILL come back again!
My wife and I were were pleased with our stay, the house is great and well-furnished and is very close to the wonderful beaches at Hanalei and Anini Beach Park, on of the nicest beaches for swimming and snorkelling in Hawaii. We would not hesitate to recommend.
This was our second stay at this property and we were not disappointed. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Great amenities at the property. Richard runs a first class operation. I highly reccomend. 5 STARS! Bravo!
