The property was as described, very clean and had everything that we needed. Property manager was very responsive and always on top of things. Ceiling fans and AC a bonus on a huge plus. Definitely stay here. Very close to Hanalei Bay. Parking was plenty.
Absolutely perfect condo!!! Immaculate and beautiful, absolutely great location. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend. We had no issues whatsoever and had a great time! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this piece of paradise

Ended up not staying at this property due to construction but stayed at another property through Hawaii Life Rental - Plantations at Princeville. Hawaii Life Rental was easy to work with and very accommodating. The property was excellent with perfect views of the golf course and mountains.
This place was so clean and had many amenities. Actually the nicest one weve used. You definitely need a rental car tho as no restaurants or beach access.
Well appointed condo, with everything you need to have a great trip.

Condo was perfect, well stocked. Great location on the Makai golf course. We walked daily and was able to catch beautiful sunset at Hanalei Bay. This was our first time to stay in Princeville area and like the peaceful vibe.
Will definitely be back soon.

The pictures do not do this rental justice. The owner paid great attention to every detail. The decor was so comfortable, warm and beachy. The kitchen appliances were new and the kitchen had everything a vacationer would need. We enjoyed our morning surf sessions in Hanalei, a 15 minute drive and a big breakfast upon return, sometimes a nap and back to the beach till sunset. We ate out a few times and drove farther down the 56 and had a great sunset dinner nearly on the beach at Opakaopaka. The washer and dryer were such a benefit and quite frankly the nicest I’ve seen in a vacation rental. Some evenings we curled up on the couch to watch a movie or read a book. We snuck out onto the golf course our last night to see the Comet. Which was truly incredible. This vacation rental is a must! You won’t regret it.

This was our first stay in Princeville, we usually stay in Hanalei Bay. We liked the fact that we were close to the grocery and other stores, the farmers market, and a good area for running and walking. We had hoped beach access would be a little easier: Hideaways was a hike with rope rails down a steep trail and Pu'u Poa, off 1 Hotel property was a long walk down 75-100 cement steps. Queens bath was also walkable, but again a steep trail down and back. The drive to Hanalei Bay was 5-10 mins though, where we spent most of our beach time. Princeville does get you onto Kuhio Hwy sooner to get to various activities on the South side.
The condo itself was pretty good: Quiet, with a comfortable bed, good size rooms, nice lanai for morning coffee, AC. The bedroom is on the parking lot side and altho there were blinds, they did not block out the light very well for sleeping -- I would suggest installing a rod with dark curtain. It was pretty well stocked with necessities, but I did call the manager for a (missing) cooler and she brought one to us the next day. I was surprised, with there being a glass dining room table, that there were no placemats. Also cloth napkins would be a good touch. If you walk to the end of the cart path... marvelous spot for sunsets :-) Overall, it was a good stay!

The condo itself is great. Plenty of space, better than most pullout bed, good restrooms, nice balcony(enjoyed watching some bad golf). You can easily walk to The One hotel and use any of their facilities. The queens bath is walkable and the golf course is right there. We enjoyed sunsets on the golf course a few nights and it was magical. There is no one onsite to help you if you need something. We locked ourselves out and had to wait until late in the night for a woman to drive from the east side and help us.

We love Kauai especially Princeville and Hanalei. The unit was very clean. The property is a bit older built in 1992. However, the grounds are immaculate. The pool is very clean, and the amenities are as well. A lot of effort is put into the keeping of the grounds. We even saw an albatross outside our patio on the first day. The interior of this unit is spotless and very aesthetically pleasing. The living room is very comfortable and clean. The bedroom is well appointed and comfortable. I loved this unit and would return. I usually stay in newer properties, but this property is as good as or better than any new property I've ever rented. We own a beach house in Florida and this felt like I was at home, clean and comfortable!

This was the best condo we’ve stayed at in Kaui. It was very clean and equipped with everything including a very well-stocked kitchen. The lanai is great with a nice view of the golf course. A very quiet area that is close to both Princeville Center for shopping and the beautiful 1Hotel. Hoping to stay there again!

My husband and I had a great time at the condo. The unit was very tidy and clean, and our on-island host Lyra was very responsive and helpful. We felt so comfortable there it was difficult to leave. I highly recommend watching the birds from the balcony, although it was a bit rainy toward the end to enjoy the patio. Just a note to bring your own shampoo / conditioner - some small soaps are provided.
The unit was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool area and clubhouse has adequate seating, books, and a few dvds for guest use. Lots of parking.
Great views for sunset just a short walk away.
Hanelai beach is 11 minutes away and Anini is 15 minutes. Both unique beaches. W
Walking trail into town , local restaurants and Foodland.
There are two pairs of albatrosses that are directly across from the deck . The fledglings are under the bushes and parents are always close by.
Definitely returning, but we will extend our stay.

We stayed for 10 days and are very happy with our stay. The unit is just across the parking lot from the shared pool/hot tub/grilling area which makes it very convenient. The unit was clean, and the AC was appreciated (many rentals in the area do not have A/C, so I’d recommend you inquire about it if you’re shopping around). The common areas of the condo development are meticulously maintained by a full time on site caretaker named Chris who keeps everything spotless and looking great.
