We brought two newborns, and it was a great home base!
This condo is part of the Ali’i Kai resort community which has amazing views of the ocean, and jungle. The pool and hot tub are kept up very well, and there are BBQ’s for making your own food. Our condo had everything we needed including amazing view of the sunset on the private Lanai.
My husband and I and our 2 college age daughters stayed 4 nights and wished it had been longer. The unit was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. It had everything we needed for cooking and we enjoyed the beach gear provided each day on our outings. Great location for north shore excursions. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend!
This was the best condo for 4 friends who love nature. We spent every morning and night on the lanai bird watching and taking in the gorgeous views of the mountains, tropical foliage, and ocean! Even got waterfalls the morning after it rained! Really comfy beds and everything we could ever need in the condo.
Complex is really laid back and quiet. Pool/hot tub/bbqs are great! Love how close it is to Hanalei Bay and all the greatrestaurants around the wares.

We stayed here the last week of September. The location was great and easy to get to. Having no AC was not an issue as we got a great breeze through all the windows. The view is amazing in this condo and I enjoyed watching the sunset the couple times we were actually back at the condo during that time. The beds are comfortable and clean. The shower water pressure was a little hard, but not a huge issue for us. Overall my whole family enjoyed the stay.
We were extremely pleased with our stay in Princeville! Everything was just as we hoped it would be! We were looking for a scenic setting where we would awaken to the sounds of tropical birds singing and that's exactly what we had. The condo was clean and just as depicted in the listing. We had everything we needed for a lovely weeklong vacation. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. We would definitely return here in the future.
The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Directions for our stay were clear and labels on various cabinets and closets were helpful. The overhead fans and shuttered windows kept the apartment temperatures very pleasant.
I suggest the owner replace the screen in the sliding door so that there are fewer mosquitoes inside. Also, attention needs to be given to the main bedroom sink because it does not drain well.
That being said, we would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful sunsets!!
Enjoyed having the pool / hot tub /grills to use with family. Nice layout. Loud neighbors below, but that could happen anywhere.
We had an amazing stay here in Princeville. The condo is accurately described. There were plenty of kitchen items that made it feel like home. We love staying on the north side because it’s easy to get to Hanalei and the east side of the island. We loved the view from the lanai watching the birds and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏
