Great place to stay. Loved the location and short beautiful trail to Sea Lodge Beach. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including beach gear!) The AC units in the bedrooms were very helpful, as the unit did get quite warm in late July.
We loved our stay at this condo. It’s very comfortable and cozy, clean, and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a lot of meal prep. We really appreciated the extras like beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. The location is great, about 10 minutes to Hanalei Bay and close to the highway to explore the island. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and all the residents we met were very friendly and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and we were often the only ones there.One tip - if you’re arriving on a late flight, know that the area is very dark, so a good flashlight will help as you’re getting your bearings and finding the condo for the first time.
The condo was clean and nicely furnished. One of the A/C units was duct taped and not fully working but was replaced by the owner the day after we arrived. Even with the repair and a bonus box fan he brought, the unit was uncomfortably hot for 5 of the 6 days we were there. If trade winds are a thing, they did not blow during our entire stay. The shower door was missing so we had to fight off a shower curtain all week in the master bath. There is no beach access unless you want to hike through private areas and past no trespassing signs- so plan to drive about 15 minutes. Bugs were also a problem (and they are masked by the countertop pattern), so were were not able to buy much food or fully use the kitchen. We even packed up our belongings to allow for insect treatment during our stay and saw more bugs after treatment than before. We had a fantastic condo later on another island which only confirmed how difficult our stay in this one truly was. If you are sensitive to heat or humidity, do your research. This unit is located in a super rainy area and main living space (kitchen/dining/sofa area) temps were running about 85 F at best. Kauai was beautiful and we were able to see most of the island, but we did not have a comfortable place to relax at the end of a long day.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Stairs for the 2 of us Senior were a challenge with luggage but we persevered. A quiet, well stocked, clean apartment. Grounds were immaculate and loved the roister and his brood

We absolutely loved the condo. Clean, modern and in a beautiful area.
Location of the property was excellent, enjoyed the many great walks and beaches. Nice and quiet, no disturbances. Downside was that the unit was a little dated and needs some maintenance work on the window screens, leaky bathroom fixtures, and one air conditioner that was not working properly. Overall though, we had a good stay at the Kamahana Condos

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was so clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Great having a washer, dryer, big screen tv and the keyless entry as well.

Property was clean with modern updates to appliances and tvs. Minor plumbing issues in guest bathroom and some age related issues with doors and fixtures although frustrating not a trip ruiner. Great overall!
We had a wonderful stay! Communication with host was amazing! Condo has all the extras you could think of! Location to grocery store is very convenient! Short drive to Anini Beach which is the best beach for kids in my opinion. :) The kids loved the pool! AC was a nice relief on hot nights for the kids!
The property was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and peaceful. Easy to find. Really close to Hanalei Bay and plenty of stores and shops. Everyone was really kind and friendly. Highly recommend this rental!
We appreciated the quietness and convenience of your condo. Being within walking distance of Sea Lodge Beach was a real treat and having only a short distance to drive to the fabulous Anini Beach was delightful. All in all, a great stay!

We highly recommended this place to stay in Princeville! It’s super cozy, clean, got almost everything we need and situated in a beautiful location. The host was also super helpful and responsive. We will miss this house and look forward staying here again in the future!❤️
Rained almost every day. We should have booked from May 1st on. It is beautiful now.
We were happy we chose to stay in Princeville on the north side of the island, as the north coast ended up being our favorite area during our week on Kauai. The property is in a GREAT location, separate from much of the rest of Princeville. The unit has everything you'd need, and was more spacious than I expected. It was clean and quiet, and we loved our stay!
It was great! Everything we needed. We especially loved listening to the rain and the birds every morning.
Really loved our time here. The unit was lovely and spacious. Location was great. Hope to return again!
Great place. Great time. Perfect for what we needed. We ran into an Albatross family on the golf course, the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time to Kauai and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was clean with large bedrooms and primary bath. There is a 2nd full bathroom but the primary bathroom was so huge, our family all set up there for the stay. We loved being on the 2nd story as we had a lovely balcony to sit on each morning with coffee and evenings with a book. Beautiful view and some feathery friends down below to watch. The location was super. If you are someone who loves morning/evening walks, this is a great condo/location. You could wander the path which borders the golf course, walk to the playground, or head down towards one of the resorts for a bite and stunning views. We bought groceries at Costco but Foodland was great for essentials or cravings. A quick drive from Hanalei which has always been one of our favourite places to spend a day. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities needed. Bathrooms had sufficient towels but wish there was more TP for a two-bedroom condo and a 2wk stay. Homeowners were excellent at communication. The only thing the condo didn’t have that I wish it did, was a little table on the balcony to set down a coffee mug. Would be a great addition! We struggled a bit with check-in but that was solely our fault as we got in on a late flight so had difficulty finding our way around the condo complex at 1am. A map would be helpful for future guests in the same pitch-dark situation. When we visit Kauai again, we will definitely check if this condo is available.
Wonderful condo with everything we needed for a 2-week stay. Very comfortable for my husband and me. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Princeville Market and Hanalei.
