10/10 This became the trip of a lifetime! Incredible hiking! Out of this world secluded beaches! Many within walking distance to PKK 101. The condo was the best of the best with the best views. Everything has been thoughtfully considered to enjoy a wonderful stay.

Stayed six nights. Beautiful view of ocean. Generally well kept unit. Problems:very small space for the price, tv did not receive stations for two days(called provider and manager) , never really worked properly, snorkling equipment was filthy and moldy, two lamps stopped working...manager replaced one with tiny desk lamp, we had to ask that the other, a large floor lamp, be removed. It was but never replaced and filthy area where lamp had been was never cleaned. There was no cleaning service offered during six night stay.
Clean, comfy, great location, amazing views! Couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely be back next time we are on the island.
Nice to have everything perfectly as described for once. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
Perfect stay. View and accomodations were as advertised. Very well equipped kitchen. Furnishings, a bit dated. There was construction upstairs, but we were forwarned, and compensated for inconvenience... Kauai Vacation Rental was very friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with.withm

Fantastic.
Couldn’t have picked a better location. Fantastic view. End unit felt private even though it was shared with 8 other units. Even had our own set of resident nenes on our lawn. Unit itself was great. Nicely appointed and stocked with everything we needed and much more.

Having stayed on property 6 or 7 times over the years, 3 times in this unit I can say it’s got the best view one could hope for. A view to the mountains out the dining area is that little extra special this unit offers. Nicely appointed, a bed a bit too firm perhaps and no AC if that’s important to you (only one of the three times did I really wish it had that).What’s not great is the price, it’s become painfully pricey so we are unlikely to rent it again.

This was the third time we have rented a co do in Pali Ke Kua. We like unit 101 because it is the last unit of the property and offers more privacy. The view from the lanai is amazing. The location offers walking paths, restaurants, and grocery stores close by. The unit provides a washer & dryer that is convenient. The only drawback would be the living room furniture—it has been well used and is not comfortable. Some street noise.
Great place, well stocked and comfortable. Fabulous location and views. The entire experience, at the place and with the friendly, helpful people at Kauai Vacation Rental was a delight. We plan to return.

The condo was perfect for our one week stay in Kauai. We were greeted by rainbows the first day!. The dining area was my favorite spot - views of the mountains and the ocean. The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. It was well stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay away from home.
We had a good overall stay as the unit was as described, with nice touches of 2 sets of snorkeling equipment; a couple mats, chairs, and foam noodles. Also a few sun hats hanging by the door. Host was also responsive. Views are same as pictures, with a nice side yard to the left whilst looking out the back sliding glass door.
Some info missing we would have liked to know is that the unit has slatted glass on the entryway, the bathroom, the bedroom and dining room for ventilation purposes. In addition to this noise as you can imagine, the unit itself isn’t sound proof at all; which in sure isn’t always a problems. But for us,it was as the unit above must be larger than this one bedroom unit and had a family up there that yelled, banged, stomped and honestly sounded like a construction zone nonstop while they were there. Starting before 7am and not ending until after 10 some nights. We complained once (which we have never done before) and they did respond and spoke with the parents who said “their kids got away from them this morning”. It was their whole stay which was the majority of our stay, it’s just the way their family operates and we also understand this isn’t something they could do anything about. The reason to include this info is that depending on your trip type, you may plan on being in the unit more on some trips than others or just want to sleep in and if you get a family like this; there’s not much to be done about that.
For us, I would still stay here again.

We owned a home in Princeville for 20 years and keep coming back to stay in different North Shore spots. This was one of the best and the view is outstanding. The condo was very clean and well-outfitted. We would rent there again, but likely choose a second floor, larger unit further out toward the water for a better view of Hanalei Bay.
