We had the absolute best vacation at this house! We went with our adult son who loves the ocean as much as I do. He body surfed every day, and we rented a surfboard walking distance down the street from the surf shop so he could surf at the Sheraton and PK in front of the Beach House restaurant. Although the house was very hot and stuffy upon arrival, as soon as we opened the sliders and the windows and turned to the AC unit on in the master bedroom and closed the door to the master bedroom, our room cooled it down quickly. It was a hot summer day, so it took a while for downstairs to cool down, but there were plenty of fans to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the glassware pots and pans that you would want to cook. We generally ate breakfast and lunch at the house and went out for dinner. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was pretty good for the showers. There’s even an outdoor shower, which was awesome when you come back from the beach the location of this house is perfect and we worked everywhere. We rented Pedigo bikes one day, but if you’re not an experienced e-bike rider you need to be careful as there are no bike lanes on the roads. The beach umbrella was missing its pole to put into the sand, but we only tried to use it once. There was a whopper, i.e. small boogie board used for body surfing, but no actual boogie boards in the closet. However, you can cheaply rent them down the street from the surf shop. I can’t wait to go back!
Loved our stay-perfect location, close to the beach and the restaurants etc but in a quiet neighborhood. We have two teenage boys that thought it was perfect. We will definitely be back!!
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described and we even had a couple of boogie boards and snorkel gear to use as well. A one minute walk to Brenneckes beach and easy access to Poipu Beach Park and beyond. Short walk to Shipwreck Beach and walk along the cliffs. It was nice to be able to come and go easily to beach and not pack up a car or wagon. We did not have to use our car unless we ventured further to restaurants or other parts of the island. Ho’one Rd did get a little busy at times at sunset but we could always enjoy the view. Definitely recommend this property!

Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath with air conditioning in the master bedroom (set to 72 as the lowest).
In the living room, kitchen and 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, we had screened windows open and fans going.
Cute kitchen to cook meals of your own.

Excellent location with beautiful view and easy access with five minute walk along coastline to reach beach and a really nice park. I picked this house because of covered porch area with eating area and lounge chairs looking out at ocean. Same view from living room. Very relaxing.
Great little ocean front home, with nice walkable proximity to nearby food, coffee, park, etc. Porch was wonderful. House could use a little updating & an A/C unit in 2nd bedroom; however we spent most of our time outdoors exploring, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

We have been eying this property for years and finally had a chance to book it. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Check-in process was super easy which is great. From the time you walk up to the door, you can see the ocean (literally through the front door). The house totally gets it done inside, even for me, as a remote workspace. We found everything we needed inside as well, but let's face it, we couldn't wait to spend every minute we could outside! We could watch the sunset from just about any window...so beautiful. Thank you!
We originally saw this property on our honeymoon in 2012 and determined to stay at it once our kids were old enough. Having a 6 and 4 yr old, this close to the beach and an amazing house to boot, by far the best location you could ever ask for!
Fantastic location right across the street from the ocean. Loved sitting on the patio and watching turtles. short walk to one beach great for boogie boarding and another for snorkeling. House was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We were worried about the downstairs bedroom not having air conditioning, but with the upper windows open, the ceiling fan on, and bringing in the fan from upstairs, our adult kids were comfortable. We left the master bedroom door (upstairs) open at night and ended up not even using the air conditioning in that room. We were very sad to leave. Not a ton of restaurants within walking distance, but was fine for us. Only suggestion would be for rental company to give more info prior to arrival... our flight on a Sunday was delayed and we didn't know if we would have the access code for the house on arrival (fortunately, they sent it to us before arrival). There was a welcome packet telling us where to park inside the house, but it would have been great to have that info before arrival. They were very communitive and helpful otherwise and those are very minor suggestions. We would LOVE to stay there again! It was exactly what we needed this year. Many people walking by actually took pictures of the house (I think to consider renting in the future).
