The location and ocean views are great. The pictures of the main living area are fine and reflective of that part of the unit. However, both bathrooms are disgusting. I have uploaded pictures below. The owner is rude. When I brough up a concern to him, his response was that I could leave. He did not care about trying to fix the issues at all. The A/C was out in the master the whole stay but I couldn't dare say that as he had already suggested us getting out of the unit with no refund at all and I didn't want to be kicked out with nowhere to go. He was rude in every interactions and I was being a reasonable person. I am working on uploading the screenshots of our interactions. Stay else where. I wouldnt even shower without sandals becuause the bathrooms are so out dated and gross and there are many parts of the unit in desperate need of repair. But, the views are nice and the main kitchen/living area is as pictured. The rest gave me the ick badly!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Kapalua. This rental is spacious, clean and so quiet with expansive ocean views. We took full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home and loved having the pool just a few steps away. Also proximity to great beaches for snorkeling. We would happily stay there again.
This was our first time to Maui and it didn’t disappoint. I actually think that this rental is better than the photos show. It was so spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had high end appliances and cookware, the views were amazing and our favorite part hands down was the swimming pool. The pool in the photo doesn’t do it justice. It’s warm, quiet, clean, has lots of shade, bathrooms and shower plus a shaded area with really nice bbq’s. I may have napped there daily. And….it was all steps away from our condo. Loved our vacation and if we ever come back to Maui, I will see if this place is available first. Way better than the crowded resorts on Kaanapali beach! We visited our friends for a day at kaanapali beach and it was so crowded at the resort that we were unable to find seats to relax or a quiet area to play. One last tip, go to Honolua market daily, best prices for food and sundries, and right on the way out of the resort. Missing the malasadas already.

There's something unmistakably, magically Kapalua about this property! What a great place for a family get together! Waking up to this expansive, infinite ocean view each morning brought in the aloha spirit like no other! 10 minute walk to our favorite snorkeling spot, Kapalua Bay. And the pool is literally a 30 second walk away! So very convenient.The corner unit affords an incredible panoramic view- fyi the unit can get very windy for the same reason. Either way, we loved its charm. Peter was SUPER responsive to our needs and very generously accommodating for our requests for early check in and late check out. Thank you, Peter!! Would absolutely recommend this to our friends and family! See you soon!
Perfect location and amazing views in beautiful Kapalua. Whale watching from the lanai was amazing. Villa was spacious. Walkability to all Kapalua has to offer. Peter was available and responsive before and through our visit.
The view alone is worth staying at this beautiful place! Beyond that though, the property is very clean and well kept with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone and the it’s nestled in a really cool area of Kapalua. Highly recommend.
We loved the condo. Peter was very responsive. There was an issue with AC and he had someone come take care of it quickly. Condo is in perfect location, clean, quiet with spectaular views of ocean. Few minutes walk to beach. Kitchen well stocked with cooking gear. Stayed with family of four adults and plenty of room for all. Would absolutely stay again.

This is such a lovely property. Nicely decorated and comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry. Very spacious. It has a quiet secluded feel and absolutely breathtaking views just from the back balcony. A perfect way to wake up and enjoy a cup of Kona coffee! Close walking distance from restaurants and shops and the beach. We've stayed at resorts before, but there is a certain freedom to staying in a rental property. I'd highly recommend this place in the future. Just breathtaking.

The property was excellent and everything was as advertised! The host Peter was very responsive and provided a great welcome packet with all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this condo for families or groups or adults.
The host was very easy to communicate with. The place is amazing, very spacious, great amenities and the balcony is the gem of the property. The views are unreal, you can watch surfers all say and whales all day. If you have a great camera, you are into video and imaging, bring your gear and sit on this balcony, you wont be disappointed, we got great shots of whales breaching and surfers doing their thing. Truly impressive property grounds as well.

What a wonderful stay! The property was just as described. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The view was amazing! It was also really nice to be so close to the pool and grill. The property manager was quick to respond and awesome with questions.
