We have always stayed in the Bay Villas in the past. This first stay on the Ridge, was excellent. Our view of the channel and the whales was even better from up higher and the location is much quieter and further from the foot traffic near the water. The owner and management company were excellent to deal with. We had no issues other than a coffee maker problem and that was remedied the same day. Yes we would stay on the Ridge again and a resounding yes that we would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 1722 to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Due to weather and mechanical delays we were not able to make it in for our first nights stay. Terry was very accommodating and arranged for an additional nights stay.
This was our third visit to Villa 1722 and as with the previous trips the property was amazing! We loved our mornings enjoying coffee, and also our early afternoons enjoying snacks and a cool beer on the lanai. Sleeping and waking to the sound of the ocean and the feel of trade breezes makes this a wonderful place to stay!

This unit was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen that provided paper towels and dish soap. We didn't cook much but had everything you would need as far as cookware, utensils, Tupperware. The bathrooms were stocked with tolet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and detergent. Great A/C in bedroom and living room. The views from patio and bedroom are fabulous!!! The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained! We were very satisfied with our 7 night stay at this condo!
My husband and I stayed at this property for 10 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased. The views are amazing and after much whale watching, we had success on our last day! Beautiful decor and well appointed. This was our 10th trip to Kapalua, and this villa was the best!

We have been staying at the Ridge Villas every couple of years for over 10 years. This is hands down our favorite of all the units we’ve stayed in and we hope to return again next year. Spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views were fantastic. The booking and check in process was easy and Terri is a great communicator. We can’t wait to come back.

The condo is true to the beautiful pics. Lovely location, absolutely gorgeous views from both balconies and amazing view from bedroom windows. The grounds are lovingly maintained and are exuberant with various flora. It is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many nights. Has all the essentials and over our 2-weeks we only needed to buy food and beverage. Has spices and olive oil. Filtered water on the fridge. Has great beach chairs, mats and towels. Nice pools and even a lending library. I was able to get all my steps in daily and enjoyed walking through the resort. We went down to Kapalua beach for the best Pacific sunsets. Maui is busy so make reservations for dining and activities early. Merriman’s seems to book out a month ahead of time. Lots of traffic coming over from the airport. The north shore was worth the drive and had good snorkeling. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible stay at this property! The views were unbeatable! I actually had booked another condo for an extended stay right next to this one and it just doesn’t compare. This property is clean, updated, and perfectly furnished. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely resort area with every amenity imaginable. Condo is perfect! We enjoyed Merriman’s and Kapalya bay beach! Pool was heated! The landscaping was just beautiful. I’m going to buy some orchids when I get home. The couch and bed are super comfortable. And the best views! Hated to leave
