We stayed for 3 weeks at this condo. The condo was very clean and overall comfortable. The check-in process was easy. We were able to walk everywhere within Kapalua which made a return to this area a must in the future.The condo was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc. It could use a cookie sheet, however.The reason I gave it 4 stars overall is that the condo is a little dated and there are a couple of maintenance items to be addressed. The faucet in the main bedroom bathroom needs to be repaired as the hot water side is a free for all. If you're not careful, it will drip all day. The kitchen sinks faucet is leaking from the base and the shower door does not shut completely. Additionally, the sliding glass door in the bedroom is extremely hard to open and shut. I had to have my husband open and shut it for me as it was too heavy for me to manage. Lastly, the view is great, however, the plumeria bush blocks your beautiful view when eating at the outdoor table which we did everyday.These are a few minor issues that can easily be addressed so don't let the deter you from staying at this wonderful condo. I just happen to be a landlord myself and are keenly aware of issues that my tenants may ignore.Thank you for the beautiful stay
Great property, great place for everything Kapalua. Golf, dining, shopping, the beach and resorts are close by. The unit is well equipped and nice. We will stay there again on a future visit if it’s available.
Attending a wedding in Kapalua. Great central location with views, parking, full kitchen, 2 baths and a laundry. I’d go again!

The property, for us, was in a perfect location. Quiet and peaceful is a good description. I gave 4 stars only because I think the carpet could be replaced and the decor is a little 80’ish BUT most rentals in Hawaii have this look unless you stay at a swanky hotel with daily fee’s and super expensive rates - no thanks! We would stay here again!

The condo was in a great location and was a nice size and had everything we needed - especially beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler bag. We were very comfortable here and would definitely think about staying again. It was very clean, but some things need a bit of updating like the carpet, but again it didn’t bother us it’s just something you notice when you walk in to the condo. The management company was great and easy to work with.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved the location in Kapalua and enjoyed the beatiful ocean views from our patio.
My sons (23 and 25) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Ridge Villa. The condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and water from the lanai. The new mattresses were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a new coffee maker and anything we needed. Some furniture was also nicely updated. The condo itself was a tad outdated but it was clean. Kapalua Beach nearby was beautiful and a short walk away. We walked to the Honolua Store by the Ritz Carlton Hotel for breakfast a couple of mornings which was terrific. They had a take out counter at the back of the store but also have tables outside. We appreciated the two large bathrooms and the ensuite has two separate sink areas so all three of us were able to have our own vanity space. The new washer and dryer was handy to have as well. We used it a couple of times. Kapalua is a bit of a drive to other areas on the island but as long as you have a car to get around, you will be fine. I would also suggest getting your groceries at the Safeway in Lahaina. It was easy to pop in on our way back from our daily outings. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing stay in Maui.
This is our favorite area on Maui in which to stay, and this villa didn't disappoint. Perfectly clean and quiet, we slept well, enjoyed the views of whales and rainbows from the lanai, and swam and grilled at the poorhouse almost daily. Highly recommend. We can't wait until our next trip.
