The condo was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable bed and bedding. The kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

Very attractive condo on golf course at Kapalua. It was very comfortable with a lot of extra conveniences, such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, kitchen spices, bath soap, shampoo and rinse, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper. Enjoyed reading a good book which was supplied. Very nice lanai with a pretty sunset. Comfortable bed. Also comfortable recliner chair. Loved nearby Napili Beach which was beautiful and had snorkeling. Thank you to Beverly, owner!

I guess I just expected it to be less "dated" old cabinetry, & carpeting...some of the paint thru out looked like just quick cover ups...& the railing to upstairs was dingy & had a "sticky" feel to it. however, it was still Maui, so not much to complain about that as a destinationThe kitchen was however very well stocked, (for those who like to eat in...LOL)The beach eqt. was old and not clean...not gonna use snorkel gear with dirt and sand all over it-don't know if others like it tho. Overall it was just okay.BUT the recliner was PERFECT! thank you!

We enjoy staying in the Kapalua Golf Villa’s as they are away from the busy areas. Very relaxing.
We had an absolutely perfect time. The condo was a close walk to the beach, store, restaurants, etc. We also received 50 off per person at the Bay Course which was a happy surprise. Beverly was easy to communicate with.
This is our fourth trip to the island and believe that this property was probably the best we have stayed at. The listing was spot on, the property manager was fantastic, the bed and sleeper were very comfortable, the amenities were great and the property was very clean/spot less. We hope to return and stay at this property, hopefully sooner rather than later!
My daughter and I had stayed in this complex a year ago and loved the area. This was a perfect location for my husband and I also. The pool is right next to the unit which we loved. Everything you would need was supplied; boogey boards, beach chairs, coolers and toys, plus the kitchen was stocked perfectly for fixing meals there.
Bev was very accommodating when we requested another night stay. Thank you for a lovely trip!
The property was spacious, clean and comfortable - well-stocked and the owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the balcony and beautiful sunset views every night. The location was perfect for us as well - quiet and close to so many great things like golf, hiking, and of course the beach. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

This property exceeded all expectations and really made my stay great. The Property managers know what they are doing and have a great thing going on. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and better yet a better spot to wake up every morning.
Wonderful relaxing vacation! We love the Kapalua Golf Villas and Bev and Mike’s unit is lovely with a perfect location near the beach and pool. The unit has beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment. If you are a serious snorkeler you may want to bring your own, however, the ones provided worked perfectly for us. Communication with the owner is excellent. We would love to return next year!

Everything about this property is clean, well maintained, comfortable, quiet, scenic views and wonderful location.

Beautiful views of the golf course and ocean, the lanai was enjoyable for breakfast and dinners. A couple things to take note of, there are 17 stair steps to the bedroom, and routine maintenance of the golf course begins before sunrise.
We have been coming to Maui for many years, and this is the first time we have not stayed on the beach. We enjoyed this stay the most of any. The unit was stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner and soaps (including laundry detergent) in sufficient quantity for our two week stay. The bed was very comfortable. Kapalua beach is a left turn out the door, and a short 15 minute walk. It has some of the best snorkling on the island, and this unit has all the gear you need to snorkle. We took the provided beach umbrella, and set up. The general store that you drive by inside the Kapalua Golf Course property has competitively priced food, souvenirs, medicine, full liquor store, hot/cold deli…even hot prime rib for under $20. Again, about a 15 minute walk from this unit. We also walked down to the beach trail, made a right and followed it down to the Ritz Carlton beach restaurant. The tables are open air, right next to the beach. The food is a little spendy for burgers, but you’re on the beach in Maui! Spoil yourself a little. If you want to use boogie boards in the unit, take the same walk straight towards Kapalua bay, go left at the beach and keep walking until you see the big Long Beach that is Napili. There are usually small waves to ride on the far end of the beach.
Last but not least, we loved this unit! The lanai is peaceful, with comfortable furniture, and the views of the golf course are stunning. It is thoughtfully appointed, and we would definitely come back!
The condo was clean and comfortable. It meet our needs for this trip perfectly! If we travel to Maui in the future, we would love to stay there again!
Perfect place for a couples getaway. Shuttle available if needed but an easy walk to the beach or market. Beautiful views of the golf course and sunsets off the back patio.
We had a 12 hour flying day - we spent over an hour trying to find the location since they only put a general address on there instead of the actual condo number. VRBO couldn't help us - super frustrating. It wasnt clean when we got there - dead cockroaches all over the floor - we had to make the bed and wash towels. The bed and pillow are very hard and uncomfortable. Location was great but we had a frustrating experience.
