Welcome to our 3 - bedroom plus loft Kapalua resort Villa. This stunning 2,800 sq ft attached Villa has amazing ocean and golf course views so you can watch the sunset from your private lanai every evening!

The Kapalua Resort is famous for its majestic Cook pines that grow along Kapalua’s roads and the tropical flowers intermingled with palm trees. Enjoy the ocean and sunset views and natural beauty of the resort from your lanai or go for a stroll along the immaculately maintained walking paths.

You can walk to the key restaurants and beaches right from your villa. Take a stroll to Merriman’s before dinner, have cocktails at Montage while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean, make reservations and walk over to Sansei, or walk over to the General Store to grab a refreshing iced coffee for breakfast.

The Villa is within a 5- minute drive to the Napili Plaza where you will find a grocery store, everyone’s favorite A’A Roots Maui café, and a taco shop!

Witness the North Pacific Humpback Whales' annual Winter migration from November to May (February is peak whale-watching season).

Snorkel the calm waters of Kapalua Bay, ride the waves of Napili Bay, or swim with turtles at Honokeana Bay. Walk the coastal trail from Kapalua Bay Beach past the secluded Oneloa Bay Beach to DT Fleming Beach Park.

Watch the Tournament of Champions in January and try your hand at the Plantation Course which is consistently ranked as the #1 golf course in Hawaii with dramatic ocean views from virtually every hole. While staying at Kapalua, you can park your car in a carport and use the complimentary shuttle to pick you up at your Villa and transport you around the Kapalua resort.

This Maui Villa offers luxury in a peaceful and serene setting. The Villa overlooks the 10th hole on the Bay Golf Course so you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the spacious lanai. During whale season, you can spot spouts and splashes right from the lanai! You will have access to the Kapalua Golf Villa's 4 pools and barbecue areas. We like to barbeque and always enjoy grilling local fish when we stay at our Maui home.

The Villa was redecorated with high-end furnishings and includes all of the modern conveniences including central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.

The Villa offers plenty of room for a group of friends or the entire family. Downstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with a King bed and bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find two small guest rooms each with a Queen bed. One of the guest rooms has a curtain while the other has a door. There is also a large loft with one King and two Queen beds and a bathroom.

Maximum sleeping capacity is 6 people due to HOA restrictions.

About the owner: My name is Greg, and I grew up in Wisconsin and live in Nevada. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to live in Chicago, Sydney, Paris, Nice, London, Singapore, and California, and love interacting with other people and cultures. The warm ocean waters, tropical climate, and gorgeous sunsets drew me and my family to Hawaii. We love snorkeling, paddle boarding, hiking, cycling, or simply watching the sunsets with friends. Hawaii has some of the best areas to do just that.

We want other people around the world to experience what we have discovered here in Hawaii and enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why we chose this Majestic Kapalua Villa.

A luxury home feel where we could relax and recharge with friends is what we were looking for. The panoramic ocean and sunset views are what initially drew us to the property. However, having beautiful beaches, golf courses, and top-notch restaurants outside your door make this home truly special. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and large lanai with breathtaking views. Upstairs, you'll find ample sleeping for additional guests and a second bathroom.

The Premises is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence in compliance with the requirements of the Declaration of the AOAO of the Golf Villas, as amended, for up to six people.
