From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fantastic stay. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the outdoor area. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
Kapalua location is beautiful and the unit was well equipped with all the necessities for cooking. However, the television was broken and Vacasa said they would take care of it but they did not. Very poor communication with no follow through. Next the washer only would wash with very hot water and for some reason the cold water valve or the electronics did not allow cold water to be used. Also the bed needs to be replaced, it had indentations on both sides and I had to sleep in the middle to not be in the soft indentations on ether side. Disappointed!

Appreciated that Vacasa found an alternative place for us to stay - though they had to do so within 48 hours of us flying and it was the only option anywhere near and still totally beyond our budget. Vacasa covered just over half of the $1700 extra this place cost vs the one we booked weeks before. This was the minimum customer service one would expect. When an issue with the WiFi cropped up - as in consistently did not work despite all the troubleshooting and despite me needing it for work - there was no actual Vacasa human to speak to. When I inquired about late check out I very quickly got the link to pay for it and never did talk to a human. The accommodation was very nice and outfitted with all of the cookware to make meals. The golf course was an eye sore and on an island where water is constantly redirected from the east side to everywhere else on the island it was deeply problematic to see natural resources used irresponsible way. Has the very last minute change of accommodation happened sooner I would never have opted for a place with a golf course.
We enjoyed our time at this condo! A great perk that you have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for your use. It’s a quick drive or even better shuttle ride to two beaches. The condo was very updated and was well equipped. If a peaceful retreat is what you are after this is the condo for you.
My wife and I enjoyed a week in this lovely villa to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It's quite, very clean, well-equipped, well-maintained and close to a pool! While neither my wife nor I golf, we appreciated how easy it was to walk to two lovely beaches (e.g. DT Fleming and Kapalua Beach - both within 20-25 minutes, to resort restaurants and a well-equipped store. Would definitely recommend it to others.
This home is beautifully remodeled and extremely well equipped. We found it lacking for nothing. Centrally located in the resort with easy walk-in distance to all amenities. We will definitely rent again!
We enjoyed the view, the cleanliness, the furnishings, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available for our stay, as well.
