We have been visiting Kapalua since 1989. This property is outstanding in all respects.
The apartment is nice and clean, location is great for golf lovers for a nice get away. Access to popular beaches and tourist spots within 15 min drive. Resort has several pools within walking distance. Very family friendly. This unit does not have ocean view.

nice well maintain place with lots of room for a family of 4. unit is well equiped. I would maybe add boogy board (body surf board) on the beach gear. those were hard to find on store on the island.. overall , great place and nice outside kitchen by the pool

2. will be better if the following are available:
- basic kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, some common spices
- dish drying rack, ironing board
- more cleaning supplies
- extra blankets
After 30 years of visiting Maui, this was the best rental property I have ever had. It's beautifully furnished, every detail is provided down to the pack of napkins The coffee is ready to be brewed,the linens are fresh, the decor is beautifully tropical but also very upscale. The terraces are fully furnished with use of the golf course and mountains flanking the ocean water. It's very quiet and elegant.
Staying at the Kahului Golf Villas was so much better than a hotel. The condo was perfect and a beautiful view. My only recommendation would be to advise guest to rent a car to get around.
KBM Hawaii was a class act! Quick, friendly, and easy to reach. There if you needed them but did not interfere with personal time or space. They texted us what to do day of checking in before we could even call! Simple, polite, efficient and I felt like they trusted us and we them. Headed back in 6 months and KBM will be our contact in Hawaii always. There were so many special touches including detergent pods, extra trash bags, deluxe soaps, Fabreeze, folded Kleenex ect! Definitely 5 Star treatment. Thank you KBM!
Beautiful unit, exactly as described. Loved having the cooler for the beach and the chairs. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. Very comfortable beds, tons of space for everything. Wonderful communication, felt safe, felt taken care of and had a wonderful vacation. Will be return guests and will refer often! Thank you for the 5 star service!
