Overall, the property is worth the stay. The biggest drawback is the golf course the home is on is closed indefinitely as is the course nearby.
Our host, Katerina, immediately replied to all questions we asked while on site as well as in the days leading up to our trip. She was always polite and patient. The accommodations were excellent with quality furnishings that included comfortable beds and linens, excellent kitchen offerings from small to large appliances, convenient laundering that included a fast yet functional washer and dryer, and the best bathroom set ups. The views were great, and ever better in the evenings when taking a short walk on the golf course, the location was convenient for beach access, some of the most recommended dining spots on the island, golf, and walks/runs along the trail. This was a last minute booking for our family, and it was a gem that we would gladly return to and have already recommended to friends. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
The property is updated, spotless, luxurious with good internet, bluetooth speakers, and well equipped dream kitchen. Peaceful with golf course and ocean views. You can walk to Kapalua beach for snorkeling or Napili for swimming in about 12 minutes downhill - and the property comes with Tommy Bahama backpack chairs that make the walk easy and the beach comfortable. Our party of 5 adults were very happy - loved morning coffee on the back veranda overlooking the ocean. Several small pools with grills on the property as well. You will be happy here!
Our family enjoyed this beautiful property! The beach equipment and towels were especially useful as the beach is within easy walking distance. We were close to restaurants, shops, and excursion meeting points. Communication with the host was great!
Katrina has designed and decorated a gorgeous unit. Super comfortable for 6 adults and very generously supplied! We enjoyed amazing hikes, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and wonderful golf without leaving Kapalua! Highly recommend and Katrina is a fantastic hostess! Mahalo!

Our family of five enjoyed our family vacation at the Kapalua golf villa for 8 nights and would love to come back! Our host Katerina was so kind and responsive. The villa has EVERYTHING you could need - from the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear stored on the Lanai to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Everything looks new and worked well - it was so nice to have all the amenities of a luxurious home vs being more cramped in two hotel rooms. Everyone had room to spread out while we also enjoyed family time together in the open kitchen/living room layout. It was so nice to be on the lanai and look out onto the golf course. Then it was an easy walk to the beach and there are trails you can walk as well. A close drive to Napili market and other restaurants - the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and were sad to say goodbye!

The property was well equipped. The views from the balconies were beautiful. Nice and quiet area. Pools were almost always empty.
Our family stayed for 10 days and we had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and it was perfect for the six of us.( All adults) We enjoyed delicious coffee every morning on the patio overlooking the golf course and ocean. The amenities are a great bonus. We used the lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We brought our own cooler in our luggage which was a hassle and we did not need to as there are also nice coolers to use. Everything was well thought out. Thanks for an amazing stay! We will be back for sure!
We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious home. It was comfortable for us all of us and our 2 small children. The amenities provided went above and beyond. We felt right at home. The property is located in a fantastic location with prestine beaches and markets. Our host, Katerina, was kind and super responsive and accommodating to our requests. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.
We loved staying at this location. Everything was modern and it seemed like every little detail was thought of. I don't think I've stayed at a VRBO that felt as well furnished before. Great built in coffee maker, tons of cooking appliances, plates, soaps etc. Location is ideal as well. Right on the golf course with a view of the 3rd hole. Would love to go back!

We had an incredible 4-night stay at this villa! Impeccably clean, beautifully remodeled, and fully equipped, it was the perfect home away from home. The sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
The location in Kapalua was ideal—safe, quiet, and close to stunning beaches and fantastic restaurants. Highlights included hiking the Kapalua Coastal Trail each morning, breakfast at Kai Coffee at the Ritz, swimming with turtles, and dining at the Banyan Tree. We also loved visiting the Cliff House daily for its amazing views.
This trip was extra special as we celebrated two birthdays and enjoyed a girls’ trip. It was our first stay at this villa, and we’ve already booked again for summer!

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-bedroom villa in Kapalua, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk to stunning beaches like Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The villa's modern design, high-end appliances, and spacious living areas made the stay incredibly comfortable. The views of the golf course and sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. With everything from a built-in espresso machine to beach essentials, this place had it all. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at this villa. The house was immaculately decorated, the appliances high end and the view from the lanai was very relaxing. We loved having coffee out there early in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The complimentary shuttle to the beach and area restaurants was an additional perk.

Will come back again for sure. Great location and very nice place! The beaches are about 1/2 mile and require walking down hill easy but up the hill is tough after drinking a few Kona beers on the beach. The shuttle is good as well. We played 5 rounds of golf - super windy in July! We ate at several great places and had dessert at the Ritz. Katerina was awesome!
The property is very well setup with all the amenities one can ask for. The host was super responsive and helped us out with a bunch of requests as we were traveling with an infant. The location is pretty spectacular with everything in the Kapalua/Napili areas accessible on foot or with the free Kapalua shuttle.
Wonderful accommodations in a peaceful environment! We loved the sunsets over the golf course with the ocean in the horizon. We were able to walk or take a short car ride everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!
