The location and condo was perfect for our vacation.
Condo was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. Hosts were very responsive. Excellent overall.
Very difficult to not have a good time in Maui. This unit was nice once the awful smell was mostly aired out (though it did continue, one gets used to it). I surmised nobody must have been in the unit for a while. Once we swept up old dead bugs and dirt everything was fine. Nice view and comfortable bed. Furniture was OK, but not real comfortable for sitting, but we weren't in the unit enough for that to matter. Other than having to pay for "cleaning" it is well worth the stay.
This unit needs some freshening up. The fan in the living room only ran on high speed. Rug in master bathroom is dirty & worn out should be removed. The coffee pot had to be replaced. Lamps in master bedroom worked intermittently. We changed a light bulb but still was intermittent. Cabinets need wipe down and around hardware. Over the view & location
we found that home away from home is a paradise, it is exactly how Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (Bruddah Iz) has described the magnificent spirit of Hawaii we enjoyed each and every seconds of our stay, Mahalo for having us here in this beautiful condominium, our stay here was as perfect as the beauty of the Maui.
We've stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. The slack key show at the Napili Kai is starting back up. The natural beauty of Kapalua remains! Lets come with the utmost respect and support the locals. Aloha !

This was very much appreciated. Enjoy a nice walk to 3 beaches, golf course or the Honolua store for your needs. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for my girlfriend and my needs, and the communication throughout the entire experience was just right. The condo had all the amenities needed, in addition to beach supplies (snorkels, chairs, etc). This was our first time in Maui and based on traveling around to other towns on the island, Kapalua was the perfect destination to call home for our week+ long trip. Thanks for the great experience - we look forward to visiting on our next trip.
We had a great trip to Maui. Overall, the place was really nice. The location was great, the views were awesome, and we had lots of birds come visit us on the balcony! The furniture was different then in the picture as there is not a sectional sofa. That said, the leather sofa was fine and comfortable. MyperfectStay was responsible and got back to us when we had some comments and needs and we appreciated how they handled everything...super professional and they checked in on us via email to ensure we were good. The place could use a few appliance upgrades like the vacuum is from 1950 and the pantry does not have some of the other normal appliances like rice cooker etc but again, we would definitely stay in this unit again as it was cosy, safe, and was amazing to see whales from our balcony terrace. not sure it gets much better!! Thanks again!
Fantastic accommodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was incredibly well maintained, clean and tidy. Great communication from management and very user friendly. We didn't want for anything.

We very much enjoyed our time at Dr Ken's condo. It is a quiet spot, with nice views, and nice amenities. If you're looking for a busy beach scene, with restaurants and a boardwalk, this isn't it. Zac at My Perfect Stays was very good to work with. Enjoy yourself!
Aloha, I had a great time during my stay at Ken's golf villa! Not only is the place filled with aloha spirit through decorations and cleanliness but the staff was lovely & helpful. The views were unbeatable! Very quiet and relaxing location with views of the golf course, Napali town and neighbouring islands. Ken's villa was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Aloha! Its been a while since we've been back to Maui but this trip was a blast! From snorkelling with turtles in Kapalua Bay to hiking in Haleakala to sailing to Lanai with Trilogy Excursions we had a blast, and always had our gorgeous Kapalua Golf Villa to return to! The view and amenities are amazing, they even put a mini blender in for personal size yummy smoothies! We'll be back for sure!
My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here and had the greatest time! Can't say enough about how much we loved the remote beach feeling! Would definitely stay here again given the chance.
This beautifully appointed condo is absolutely perfect! A quiet stay with a fantastic view of the ocean sunsets every evening in a very high end neighborhood . Everything you need to feel at home . So many thoughtful amenities. The stay includes a shuttle that will take you pretty much everywhere you need to go including the market , different beaches and to some of the best restaurants on the island . We love Kapalua /Napili Bay /Flemmings Beach and we were able to use the shuttle for all of them ! There is also all the equipment you need for the beach! Snorkeling gear, chairs , umbrella , cooler . Just make your sandwiches, call the shuttle and head out! We would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui.
We can't say enough good things about our experience, the condo had a beautiful view and location was phenomenal. Every detail was well thought out from the welcome basket, to the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler. There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo like snorkeling at the beaches close by. The condo was super clean and the management company was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back.
This unit is comfortable and beautiful. Communication was quick and responsive. Check in was easy. It was a positive experience and a great, relaxing getaway.
My husband and I stayed on this property for our 25th wedding anniversary. This property was perfect. It had everything and exceed our expectations. Gorgeous views of the Bay golf course and close to amazing restaurants and beaches. We can't wait to come back.

This condo was beautiful. Great location! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai each morning and watching for whales in the ocean, all with a beautiful golf course just below us. Thank you for a fantastic visit to Maui!!

Great condo for two people. Sleeps four but pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. Not on ground floor so expect several steps to climb and descend. Great view. Covered lanai.
