Wonderful stay 20 days of paradise: perfect view, perfect location, perfect everything!!!
Our stay was the last week of a 3-week trip. Spent the first two on the Big Island then sent kids home and finished up dessert here at Kapalua and "Perfect Stays" in 21V1. Have spent time in this complex before and it never disappoints. Location and view was fabulous. Unit was clean and delightful, and if there was a complaint it was the TV instructions were too complicated for these old people. Why are we watching TV anyway. Of course, will be back.
Villa was a great price & location. Property was clean, comfortable, & quiet.
We have stayed in the Kapalua area many times for over 30 years and always enjoy every trip. The proximity to world class beaches is fantastic. On this trip, our condo was a good value and clean with lots of amenities. Additionally, it’s a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and the Kapalua Coastal Trail. We recommend the condo.
The Villa is as good or better than everyone else has stated previously. The views are amazing, even though you are about 1/2 mile from the ocean, it feels much closer. Watching the sunset from the lanai each night was so relaxing. We took our beach chairs, towels, and ice chest and walked down to Nipali or Kapalua beach almost every day. We also took advantage of the hiking the Kapalua Coast Trail as well as other nearby trails. The location was perfect. We are already talking about returning to this beautiful location and condo. You will not be disappointed if you do.

My Perfect Stays is an excellent company to work with. We had a small issue with the condo that they addressed immediately. The unit itself was lovely and I could not have been more pleased. We will be back and we will use My Perfect Stays.
The apartment was even better in person. The location was ideal. You are a short drive or walk to the best beaches and restaurants in Maui. But you are far enough away to have a relaxing and quiet nights sleep.. The view was gorgeous. The property was well managed. They have everything you need, just show up with some bathing suits and you ready to go.
The golf villa was perfect for an extended weekend with a gorgeous view of the sunset and ocean every night. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for meal prep and dining in. A really nice touch was having high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs (4), umbrella and cooler for enjoying the beach. MyPerfectStays was a great host who effectively communicated at each step of the process and made the rental experience stress-free.
We’ve never stayed in Kapalua but will definitely stay again. The view from the balcony was spectacular.
The property is VERY noisy. Everyday there are gardeners mowing, blowing, etc. And it all starts very early. I believe a unit below us was being cleaned or something and we listened to a generator ALL DAY LONG. I have video proof. The screen door on the unit fell off track every time it was opened. The white drapes in the bedroom prevented a good night’s sleep as any time a car drove down the driveway their headlights shone directly into the bedroom. The balcony was lovely but overcrowded with furniture so it was hard to move around. There were a couple of beetles crawling around in one of the vanity drawers. Owner should provide guests with darker bath towels so she doesn’t have to worry about the possibility of stains on her “white” towels. That would be a better solution than threatening guests with an additional charge if they get stained somehow. There was no bar soap provided for second bathroom but I had some with me so that worked out. There were literal strippers at one of the small pools we were laying at and we had to contact the property manager but not sure how that resolved as we left the pool area rather than stay there and watch. I have photos of that too in case owner wants proof. It had a nice far off view of the water and a short walk to the beach. Lots of nice walking around the general area where property was located. It was expensive but probably what the market bears. I’m not sure I would stay at that property again.
