Linda was very accommodating and fast to respond. You can walk to excellent snorkeling in 8 minutes and multiple beaches and a coastal hiking trail. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store nearby. Gorgeous views from lanai and bedroom. Comfortable. 3 lovely pools with bbqs. So close to the ocean!
The views from this property are spectacular! The two of us were there for the month of April and got to see whales out the windows nearly every day:-) The property is in an excellent location with 3 beaches that are all within walking distance. An excellent property in a great location!
Nicely located property with great view. Only two minor issues observed during our visit. Some of the furniture (sofa, cabinet) getting a bit worn although still very functional. We had visits from two cockroaches, one cricket and one lizard despite best efforts to keep doors/windows closed. Not sure how they got inside. Just a fact of life in tropics (this is our 7th visit to Hawaii). Not suggesting the property isn't wonderful. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend.
Well located and comfortable
Kapalua Bay Villas are a fabulous location to explore multiple beaches and trails. This unit was clean and well appointed. We loved the washer and dryer. Two full baths were so helpful. We enjoyed the decor and photography. We walked to Kapalua Beach, Napili Beach, Oneola Beach and even JT Fleming beach. We hiked and snorkeled daily. Played tennis and pickle ball. Walkable to the Sea House and to a couple of restaurants but we mostly enjoyed cooking in the condo. The views from the bedroom are incredible. We would love to stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The Kapalua Bay Condominiums are situated in a beautiful place, and this one in particular had a great view. One of the window shades in the bedroom was broken and blocked part of the view, but I imagine it will be fixed. There is a balcony off the bedroom that is quite private and has a lovely view. The pools were really beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
This Kapalua Bay Villa is excellent. Sits high on the ridge for one of the best views in the area. It is close to the beaches, many great restaurants, and the two great Kapalua golf courses. The unit is very clean and nicely furnished, with everything you need in the kitchen, nice lanai, comfortable living room area with a smart TV, and an excellent master suite.
If you should encounter a 1.5 hour power outage (through no fault of the Bay Villas) as we did one night, don't despair. Grab the flashlight the owners have left for you in the entryway closet, grab a glass of wine, and head to the upstairs lanai off of the master bedroom. With the Kapalua area temporarily darkened and a moonless night, my wife and I sat back enjoyed the billions of stars above us. What a beautiful place.
This condo was perfect for us! Amazing views and especially from the bedroom. Great location and loved walking around the area, with the coast trail right down the road. Right next door to The Montage. We went to Sea House (for the best happy hour ever, get the pork tacos) and Merrimens, Golfed at Plantation Course. Highly recommend this property!
Our stay was very comfortable and clean! We appreciated the fact that the condo was walking distance to 2 beaches and The Montage for their festive Christmas decor. We would not hesitate to come again.
