This gorgeous condo made our dreams come true! Although we have stayed several times at Kapalua Bay Villas, this one was the best. It is nicely appointed, and wonderfully located. We were able to watch humpback whales putting on their annual show from the downstairs patio as well as the upstairs bedroom. What fun!
My Perfect Stays earns 5 stars as well as the Villa itself. Beautiful views of the ocean, as well as many sightings of whales from the Villa itself! Such a treat to see so many whales without leaving your unit. Less than 5 min walk to the private sandy beach. Great hiking and walking trails nearby. The villa itself was extremely clean, well stocked and had beautiful furnishings as well as upgraded appliances. This home is a diamond. Will definitely be returning to stay again!

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) could not have been more pleased with our stay! The villa was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, spacious, and offered all the amenities. We had no issues and were allowed our space and time - meaning the location was quiet and check-in process smooth/hassle-free. There are plenty of places to explore directly on property and breathtaking beaches nearby (some within a very short walk). We would highly recommend this villa and location.
KBV 29G5 is the perfect West Maui condo. It is so elegant and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. Wonderful to wake up to beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom every morning. Great hikes along the Kapalua Coastal trail with an entrance only steps away from the condo. Also was only 5 minutes to a private beach with great Boogie boarding and 8 minute walk to Kapalua Bay which has great snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking! Thank you My Perfect Stays
Our stay was perfect in every way. The villa and grounds were clean and pristine and the location/area is great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Perfect Stays was so helpful and accommodating as well.

This is a gorgeously decorated Kapalua Bay condo! Perfect for a couple (or a couple of friends) or a solo traveler. The ocean views are just awesome and the proximity to the property's amenities can't be beat. I found all of the furnishings comfortable and not so fussy that I was afraid to use them.

Unit is in a great location, on the bluff with easy access to two pools and Oneloa Beach. Just a few steps from coastal trail. Montage and Kapalua Beach a short, easy walk. Great views -- 2D photos can't do justice to the actual views.Clean, newly renovated, great kitchen, great selection of colors, furniture and accessories. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

We will be back for sure. All as advertised. There is a significant set of concrete steps from the parking lot to the condo level. Not a big negative as long as you are anticipating going up and down.

Beautiful, comfortable property!
We enjoyed every minute of our week in the Kapalua Bay Villas. It is the perfect destination for those looking for a quieter experience with all the activities and action just a few minutes away. We discovered that we could walk to several different bays in the area as well as beach front restaurants close by. Lahaina and Kaanapali are a short drive down the road where you can find all the shopping, bars, and other activities. We loved the condo and found it to be just as pictured. The pride of ownership and excellent property management are evident from start to finish. It was everything we were hoping for and more.

The care that was taken to organize the kitchen and bathrooms, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards in the storage closet… I could go on and on.
Two minor problems and one that i believe is a serious safety issue. The Makeup mirror needs new batteries. Globe light bulb right side of bathroom needs replacement.
The lower staircase must have a handrail. My husband has a bad knee and it is hard going up and down the stairs.
The condo did have plenty of laundry and dishwasher supplies, as well as toilet paper and paper towels, from previous renters, so check the condo first before buying these things at the grocery store!

From the decor, the amenities, the location and comfort of this property really made our honeymoon extra special. We decided to extend our stay by one night, management made this request possible and a breeze. Thank you for hosting us!
Unit was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you need. They even thought of putting plastic storage containers and clips in the kitchen. (Small detail but appreciated!) Views are stunning and the beach is a few minutes walk. We loved being a 5 minutes walk from the Montage Hotel and Merrimans Restaurant as well as a .5 miles from the Ritz Carlton- plenty of great restaurants and bars to walk to. The unit is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays- their communication was excellent and knowing that you were dealing with a professional agency vs a specific owner is great. We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars-
