My family of five had a wonderful stay in this condo! The condo is located very near Kapalua Beach; a walk my young daughters could easily accomplish while carrying a beach towel and toys. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear and boogie boards. The layout of the condo was wonderful, providing all of us plenty of space. It was also very clean, comfortable, and cool. The views were absolutely stunning! We had a marvelous stay and vacation.
We came with our family and had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. It was beautifully decorated and the view was breathtaking! The bay villas are a quiet place with many walking trails along the coast and beautiful pools. The property management company was fantastic and responsive. This condo was perfect for our stay and we would definitely come back again!
Overall, this is a very nice unit. I’m giving 5 stars, but would have given 4.5 if that were an option.
Check-in was great. They just email you the codes before arrival. Parking is available only steps from the unit, and on the same level.
The view, while nice, is restricted because of the placement of the unit. Other condos box in the view, so you definitely have an ocean view, it’s just narrow. Also, the placement of the units means you are always on display when in the dining area and on the deck. The main deck is very narrow: only room for chairs. It would have been nice to have room to stretch out.
The unit was clean, and very well stocked in the kitchen. We prepared all our breakfasts and half our dinners, and always had what we needed. Beds are comfy. WiFi is strong.
The only issues we had were a garbage disposal that didn’t work (fixed same day by a very friendly tech); sliding glass patio door and screen that need repair (dragging heavily and noisily on tracks); and a personal beef with the multiple communications basically telling me not to steal the towels (not worded that way, but that was the gist).
We love Kapalua, and have stayed on property many times. Everything you need or want is close by. This was the first time in a Bay View unit, and while we enjoyed our stay, the restricted view would cause me to explore alternatives before booking this one again. That said, if we returned here, we would enjoy our time every bit as much.
I stayed with my family and had a great time. It was easy to communicate with host and they were available for us. We would recommend this place

The intentions are well but attention to detail is missing in terms of cleanliness and guest comfort. Response is slow, unsupportive and just disappointing. View is nice and location is great!

Fantastic place to stay while in Maui! Great location and access to the beach. Amazing scenery and views from the villa. Great air conditioning too!! Would stay here again and recommend to others.
