Shower and sink in the master did not drain well. There was a vent fan in the bathroom that did not have a cover on it. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable.
We were celebrating our golden anniversary and this Kapalua Bay condo did not dissapoint. Immaculate when we arrived with all the staples we needed. Fantastic oceanfront/beachfront location with beautiful views as pictured. The community is beautifully maintained and a lovely, walkable community and nearby neighborhoods. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. The bedroom and living room furniture were very comfortable as well. The addition of an umbrella would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this amazing property located in an exclusive gated community in Kapalua. The view was spectacular along with a very lovely patio area that we could enjoy the sounds of the crashing surf while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The property manager was exceptional in helping us with a matter that was fully corrected in a short period. The kitchen was well equipped along with bar-b-ques that we took advantage of. The property was in very good condition overall, but there are some signs of age with the furnishings and some of the blinds did not operate properly. However, the location, the view and the ambience made up for these small deficiencies.
We had an incredible stay at this property over the Christmas holiday!Killer views from both floors and a very well appointed and stocked living room and kitchen plus, the mattress was very comfy allowing us to feel at home while on vacation. Everything you need was provided - kitchen, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest, you name it, this rental delivered!We will be back and can’t wait to secure this awesome property again in the future!Mahalo!!!

Our stay was amazing. The Villa was perfectly located and the views were breath taking. The photos on line were spot on. We would stay here again. Great locations and easy to walk the trails and make our way to the various restarurants.

Cannot express how beautiful this place was! Views were amazing, the space was great, clean, good amenities. Loved the neighborhood, lots of stuff close by to walk to. Beach was quiet and close by. I so hope we get the chance to return here.
My husband and I stayed at the Villa for 4 days in celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary! The photos on the website are accurate but don’t even do it justice. The villa was more spacious than it looked in the pictures and the views especially from the bedroom were breathtaking! We saw the dawn every day we were there as well as surfers and some whales from afar. The beach and boardwalk are just down the hill and you can walk several miles on the Kapalua Coastal Trail which connects to our boardwalk and goes past hotels and even Hawaiian sacred grounds. 5 stars all the way! A hui hoe ( until we meet again) hopefully soon!
