Clean, great island location. The description needs to identify that the AC is only sufficient for the bedrooms. The AC is not powered prior to arrival and takes 24hrs to catch-up. Bring a sleep mask if you need darkness as the 'blinds' provide limited value.
This place has A/C and TV's in every room. You are located walking distance from the beach, Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants, and Ice Cream with Dole Whip. Parking is convenient with plenty of spots. Jennie is available anytime you need anything. I will definitely stay here again!! 10/10 for us!
We had a great time while there. Close and convenient to beach restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our needs. We asked for clean towels and had them later that day!

This was a great location and lovely condo with room for our family. They had provided some nice snacks and drinks which was wonderful and the extra niceties like the boogie boards, snorkel sets, cooler, umbrellas, etc were great adds. So wonderful. It was unbelievably hot, even with the swamp coolers and fans. There were swamp coolers in each bedroom so those rooms cooled off but the living room was uncomfortably hot. Luckily it was nice outdoors and this place had a small patio we could hang out in. I would recommend this place for sure and would stay here again. Communication with the host was a breeze. Access was a breeze. The bathroom was up to date and lovely. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner they provided. It made my hair so soft and got tangled out with ease. I loved that we didn’t have to fight to find a parking space. The location was within walking distance to the restaurants, drug store, grocery, food trucks. Great location. Thanks for a great stay.
Kapa’a is wonderful! Condo was adorable, had everything we needed! Connor Jenni was very nice and easy to communicate with. The outside of the condo was older the back porch looks out to a big fence:( however I would rent it again, it’s fixed up really cute on the inside!
This place was cute. I little small for four adults, but we weren’t there much for it to affect our stay. We enjoyed the chickens outside our patio and the convenience of the location. There were many extras that we used like the beach chairs. It would be nice to have more bath towels for the rental.
Great neighborhood. Closer to beach. Host is very friendly. However kitchen and bathrooms could be better equipped with essentials such as providing extra utensils, Tupperware, better pots and pans, and food packaging items. Some items such as scissors and coolers were too old and not working properly. The fridge has no water dispenser. So proving a counter top water filter would help with drinking water. Bathroom can use floor rugs as they get wet to prevent slipping. There is no dishwasher and should have been explicitly called out in the property description. Some door knobs, handles etc are loose and need to be checked. Otherwise a good, clean and quiet place for families.

Nice place! It was me and my two teen daughters. It was very clean, plenty of towels and good soap, shampoo, etc type supplies which is super helpful since we all have to fly there and can't really bring that stuff.. There was also a nice set of beach towels and snorkel items. Located in at "3 o'clock" on the island it was ideal for checking out northern and southern destinations. We also took advantage of the beach just a few hundred yards away in the mornings. Easy enough to get to the trail heading north for one of the most picturesque runs you will ever go on. The condo is also right next to a safeway which was super convenient. Jennie was great with her communications. I would highly recommend this place.
The apartment was really great. There was a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels , enough space for 4 people to fit comfortably even 5. We really appreciated how clean the place was and all the amenities offered. Highly recommend
This condo is in a perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants, and also centrally located on the island. It had everything we needed for a day on the beach and gave us the ability to some of our meals. When I had questions, I got a super quick response.We would definitely stay there again.
Our stay at this condo was a wonderful experience. The location is close to a bakery and our favorite breakfast restaurant, "Waipuoli Deli and Restaurant." We enjoyed coffee on the back patio. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this condo. We will reserve it again in the furture. Aloha

Excellent location, can easily walk to the ocean and dining nearby. Relatively short drives to hiking trails in Hiena State park. Also not too far to viWamea Canyon. Enjoyed our week, would recommend the place to anybody.recommen
We loved how close to a beach this was and that it was in the middle of everything. The coconut water from the Thai food truck at the entrance was great. We loved the walking path and there was a pizza place across the street that was a take away and was very good! The place over all was nice, the extra 1/2 bath was nice for me, my husband and 3 kids! There was significant dust but for the most part clean. The beach toys and chairs were great. There is no dish washer in the place and you have to use an off site clothes washing machine. But overall we enjoyed the area of town and the place!

The place is just as pictured, very clean, we had no issues or complaints about our stay. It’s super close to the beach, which made it better than 5 stars if I could go higher!
We had a flight that came in around 10:30 PM local time by the time we got our car it was getting close to 11 o’clock when we pulled in the parking lot. The only thing that would’ve been a little nicer would be better marking on all of the condo locations, especially when it’s dark. It was very hard to locate from the vehicle. Otherwise, quick communication with the owner for the door code was much appreciated. We were welcome by a clean condo with everything as described. We didn’t spend a lot of time other than sleep and meal prep so this was perfect for us And it was a great Central location on the island for all of our day. Excursions. We would definitely stay at this location again.!
The home was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of home. We were walking distance from lots of options for food and other needs. As an added bonus We had chickens that visited us each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This was the perfect place to stay. Easy check in. Directions and location. You have everything around you that you need. Safeway and shopping center for gifts and good restaurant around and food trucks.
Jennie was such a great host. Great communication. She leave beach towels, snorking gear, beach chairs etc. that really helps a lot for the stay. Very clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend and definitely come back again!
We really enjoyed the central location of this unit, making it easy to enjoy all parts of the island. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, air conditioning in the bedrooms is appreciated. Kitchen is decently stocked, beach gear was nice to have. A quick 4 minute walk to the beach for incredible sunrises every day.
Overall, a good place to stay.
