Loved everything about this ocean front condo! Very clean, well stocked, comfortable bed and within walking distance to great restaurants, beaches and stores.
The condo was clean, comfortable and so very close to the ocean, it was amazing! Hearing the sound of the ocean, being able to start every morning walking just a few steps from lounging on the lanai and dipping your feet in the ocean was heaven. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and the little gift basket on the table of coffee and sweets was very thoughtful. Would definitely visit here again.
We loved the lanai, to sit and watch and listen to the ocean. The bed as comfy. the new chairs were comfortable. Very relaxing environment.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kauai. It is right along the coast with an unobstructed view of the waves crashing onto the Kapaa shore. It was so soothing to fall asleep to them. The sidewalk in front of the property is part of a paved, 8-mile Kapaa bike path. We used it to run during our trip. The home is conveniently stocked with kitchenware and spices. We cooked a number of meals and also made use of their blender to make fruit smoothies. The wifi was fast and we had no issues with it. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Vacasa even left us a welcome treat :) We wouldn't hesitate to travel with Vacasa again. Thank you!

This spot was a wonderful landing place after our flight. We stayed at 3 locations during our 8 day visit on Kauai and this was the first. It was close to the airport and easy to find. The view and location was outstanding. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and the sound of waves was exactly what we were hoping for. The beach below the apartment was gorgeous and private and was really easy to get to. There is a short path of stairs that are not steep. Most days when we went out to the beach there were only a few people there. When we were there the surf was strong and there is no lifeguard so it is advised only to swim with caution. However there is a shallow lagoon that kids and adults can wade in and the small swimming pool was clean and also not crowded when we went. The room is a bit small and if you’re staying for more than a few days it can get cramped but if you’re just using this spot for a landing place after adventuring all day that probably wouldn’t be an issue. The bed was comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus for us. Some of the reviews mentions rodent problem, we did not encounter any animal pests during our stay, but there was a charming chicken family who roamed around the property. Overall I give this place an 8/10 definitely would recommend but if you are planning an extended stay I would say split the days between this spot and another larger cottage or house.

Updated property, great location, and the property was very clean but the best part was having the ocean waves crashing so close to us.
Very relaxing stay listening to the ocean waves while we slept. Comfortable and welcoming. A perfect place to enjoy the island. Thanks!
Great view. Property well kept. Could use some upgrades in kitchen, as starting to show some rust on appliances.
