WOW! Absolutely phenomenal place - clean, comfortable, beautiful, spacious very quiet, & everything you could need. Best of all, THE VIEW!!!!! The BEST location & views. 3 bedrooms (1 was a loft w/ 2 twin beds) & 3 bathrooms. Upper corner unit. Stunning views of a picturesque cove from huge windows in 2 bedrooms and living room. Large balcony w/ expansive, unobstructed, gorgeous views of the ocean. Right in front of you, waves crash & spray against the lava rock wall! The balcony faces west - perfect sunset views. The entire condo is wonderfully decorated & perfectly appointed. Comfy beds & A/C units & fans in every room - always nice & cool. Also, remote controlled shades! I want them for my house! The kitchen was excellent. Everything we needed, even had all good-quality dishes, sharp knives, newer pots & pans, storage containers, etc. Loved having the washer & dryer! Condo was spotlessly clean & we were greeted w/ a lovely gift basked of Hawaiian goodies! Condo grounds were immaculately landscaped & groomed. We enjoyed the pools & hot tubs & watched people playing tennis & pickleball. They even have corn hole & ping pong! One more thing I have to rave about was the fact that we were allowed a late check out! That was a life saver with a 9:30 p.m. flight on Thanksgiving Day when almost everything was closed. BEST CONDO we have ever stayed in & we travel a lot. We cannot recommend it highly enough and we will be back!
The location is close to Airport and other great attractions / beaches. The residence is very clean and very beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and there is sufficient cleaning supplies. Would gladly stay here again.
We absolutely loved our stay at 3103! We were literally right on the ocean with the best view and most wonderful patio to sip our coffee on! The rooms were great — the master and second bedroom had incredible views. All of the beds were comfy, bathrooms nice (the master was lovely!), and all the kitchen supplies we needed. The loft area was great as well. We used the boogie boards to go to Magic Sands beach and booked a snorkeling excursion just a couple miles away. One day our friends took a road trip to the volcano, I also participated in the Ironman and it was just a 15 minute drive to the race venue. The location was great. We’d definitely come back!
We have enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect. It did have everything we need. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. AC worked very well. And one more thing we did enjoy the most was the huge balcony with panoramic view to the ocean. We could spent hours sitting there and watched the ocean. If we go to the Big Island again we will definitely rent this place again. Thank you!!!!
