It is rated by many as the 'BEST' complex in Kailua-Kona. ! Throughout the year, you can watch the rolling surf which is home to turtles, dolphins, manta rays and whales, as well as local surfers. Relax with your morning coffee while watching the kayaks, canoes, dive boats and fishing boats as they head for open ocean. Or later in the day, perhaps you would enjoy a tropical drink on the lanai as the boats return home to Keauhou Harbor.

Please note that only registered guests may use the property amenities. Visitors of guests may not use the swimming pools or tennis courts. On holiday weekends guests will be required to obtain a wristband from the main office to use the pools.

NOTICE
November 18 - December 1, 2024
Kanaloa is redoing all asphalt parking on the property September thru November 2024. This will result in potential noise and smell. work is scheduled for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but could include weekends if necessary. The parking area that includes our dedicated parking spot is scheduled for Nov 18 - Dec 1, 2024. During this time you will not be able to park right in front of the condo and will have to use other spaces nearby. You also will not be able to drive in that area.
