Kam Sands is a very nice resort for the money and this room does not fall short of the standards of the resort. Pros:- VERY well appointed!! I think a family could move into this place tomorrow and they would need to purchase very little to live like they were right at home!! Cons: - Cold water! You had been shower quick and not have more than one person who likes a hot shower.... :-/ All-in-all...Well worth the money for the resort, the area and the condo here! Would definitely return for all 3! :-)
A great stay. The property itself is beautiful with manicured lawns and a pool hot tub area. Parking is excellent, and the apartment itself is excellently outfitted with cooking supplies, a brand new washer dryer, and beach gear. It made our whole family trip easy and seamless, which is what I so desperately needed from our vacation. I’m already sending the listing to friends who are going. Boris was very helpful and checkin and checkout was easy.I should say, for this season of our life the pool was perfect, full of happy families and kids. For a couple who wants a child free experience, it might be an inconvenience. But for us it was perfect.
Beautiful accommodations, contains everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located…we traveled throughout the island. Owners promptly answered any questions we had prior to arrival. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home away from home.
Everything was perfect. One of our favourite units that we stayed in at Kamaole Sands. This unit was equipped with everything that we needed to make our trip perfect.
My family had a wonderful time staying at Kamaole Sands! It fits the budget comfortably, has AC, nice washer/dryer, quiet respectful neighbors, and best of all, location location location. The walking proximity to the 3 public beaches little shopping plazas, groceries, restaurants & a little further: food trucks @ South Maui Gardens, the Wailea malls (shops at wailea)... etc. Was worth every . Especially if you have kids, the convenience is worth it. You'll also find that they provide beach towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, and cooler bags!Some notes: maybe we just run hot, but we had to run the AC quite a lot more than we wanted. It was not easy to cool with just the windows open. Kitchen was well stocked with all items you can think of (Tupperware, blender, pots, cutting boards, cups, plates, etc.), but spices were a little lacking.The AC unit is also on the balcony, which makes the balcony hot and noisy when AC is on. And the master bathroom's toilet did smell a little funny at times but not so much that would have been a downer for our stay. Other than that, you should find the place exactly as pictured!
This booking exceeded my expectations! The location was ideal—peaceful and close to the beach—making for a truly relaxing stay. The space was immaculate, and communication with the host was effortless. Everything was well-organized and stress-free. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend it!
We had a great time at this condo. My family and I stayed for 9 nights. Kihei is a great little town. So nice to be able to walk to the beach and to get breakfast. Highly recommend The Cinnamon Roll Place, just a short walk up the road. Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Pool and grounds were gorgeous! Thanks for a vacation of a lifetime!
This was our first time visiting Hawaii, we couldn’t have picked a better location. The beach was across the street, and Kihei has a lot of great places to eat. The condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms was a little loud but worked great. We had a great time, my boys enjoyed the pool that was about 2 min walk from the condo. It was nice and quiet. If you ask my daughter who will be 2 soon what she enjoyed the most, she’ll probably say going down the elevator 😂.
We just returned from 9 days in this family friendly condo. Fully stocked condo, lots of extras to get you through your stay. We loved having access to beach supplies (chairs, sand toys and umbrellas), extra bedding and kitchen essentials. Great amount of starter supplies for your arrival. Smaller patio space if you are planning on spending time out there, can be crowded for 5 persons.
We loved our stay in this lovely unit at Kamaole Sands. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit had a very cozy feel.
The property itself is right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach and has great amenities on site.

Loved the location so close to the beach and shops! Super clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Kitchen had all the supplies needed.

A very well equipped and very clean condo. We were happy with the condition it was in and it was as pictured on line. Boris was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor problem we had as soon as possible. We liked that there was beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The grounds were very beautiful and immaculate and right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and turtles on the beach by the boat launch! Would definitely recommend this condo!
