The property was amazing, had everything you would ever need. The host was super easy to communicate with and also super flexible with our stay! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Maui!

Great location, very responsive host when issues identified, allowed early check in, lots of extras provided such as beach chairs, sunscreen, etc. No central AC and unit in master bedroom is noisy making it a bit difficult to sleep so just used fans and was ok.
We visit Maui several times a year and always stay at the Kamaole Sands. It’s our favorite location and property. This was our first time staying in this unit and it far exceeded our expectations. The owners were wonderful and thought of everything we might need. There were too many extras to list, but there were toiletries, laundry soap, shampoos, and even sun block available for our use. We usually have to make a run to the market for all of these items, but they were all provided for us and readily available. The unit was clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future. The owners were easily available for any questions or concerns and very kind! First of all, our hosts were amazing and so easy to deal with - they almost feel like family. This nicely decorated condo is clean and very well equiped from cooking utensiles, even a Kuerig machine and personal water bottles to snorkelling gear and new Tommy Bahama chairs to shampoo, body lotion and laundry soap. The king bed was especially comfortable as well as the couch which was great for snoozing. Having two bathrooms was convenient and the apartment is a perfect size for 2 to 4 people. Our parking spot was close and convenient and was completely shaded during the heat of the afternoon sun. Kamaole Sands condo complex is right across from Kamaole Beach number three, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of central Kihei which we appreciated. The beautiful tropical gardens had pathways around flower beds, water features, and numerous BBQ gazebos. The BBQ's were cleaned every night. Although we had a peak-a-boo view of the ocean, we liked being set back from the road and close to the pool and pond. During morning coffee or evening meals on the lanai, we enjoyed watching children play on the extensive grassy area. Speaking of families, this is a great place for families and we felt compltely safe. We loved the foliage shading the bedroom window and the lanai was shaded throughout the day. Activities include a gym, ping pong, fuseball, an activities desk, tennis and pickle ball, a beautiful pool and two hot tubs. Loved it!
We had such a fabulous trip!! The condo was fantastic and such a wonderful place to visit. Sylvia was very quick to respond when I had questions and I felt great about the whole situation before, during, and after our trip! Definitely going back!!

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Our host was wonderful and available if needed. Because everything we needed was available to us in the unit, we did not have to call for anything.
We were very happy with the condo! Very roomy, pull out couch was comfortable, pool and hot tub were very good! Proximity to beach and restaurants was very good!
