The place was exactly as advertised. Lovely 3 bedroom place with independent AC units for every bedroom and living room. The beds were extremely comfortable, the place was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. We have stayed in this resort before as we love it. Kam 3 is right across the street.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! I cannot say enough fantastic things about this property. It was extremely well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The beds were extremely comfortable. Communication was second to none; I had to reach out during our stay to provide an update about a beach chair and received a response immediately and the chair was replaced within 24 hours.
I would not hesitate to stay here, or recommend this location. EXTREMELY happy with our stay!!

We had a marvelous stay. The space was great and centrally located to all we wanted to do. The condo was graciously stocked with coffee, toiletries and other items. Centrally located by the pool and easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other items made travel away from home a breeze! Excellent time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent, pool outside the door, multiple grills which were available, and easy in and out of the property.
This was a perfect spot for a laid back, no drama vacation.

This condo is stocked with everything you would need. (i.e. shampoo, dishwasher and laundry soap, coffee, beach toys and chairs, etc.) are all there. Our whole family throughly enjoyed having such close access to the pool and beach. The owner is easy to contact and was able to accommodate our special request. Our family would definitely stay at this condo again.

Excellent property for families. Close proximity to pool was perfect for our young grandchildren. Well stocked unit with modern decor. My only dislike of this unit is the fact that the lanai receives no sunlight at all, no matter what time of day which may appeal to others! Property manager provided excellent communication in a timely manner.

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful condo, under 4 min leisurely stroll to the beach. Short walk to places to eat. The neighborhood was very safe feeling and despite being right next to the fenced in pool, the lanai felt fairly private. Rooms had a great island vibe without being kitschy. Linens and towels were very clean. Kitchen was stocked with drinks. The only bugs we saw were a couple of tiny ants (it's Hawaii, you can't escape them). Right as we were packing up we discovered there were boogie boards and beach chairs behind the doors on the lanai. Oh well, next time. Only complaint was a strobing overhead light in our bedroom, but there were other lights that worked fine... and I'm sure if we'd had the time to call they would have come and fixed it. AC was only in the living room, so you need to keep the ceiling fan on if you shut your bedroom door. All around great condo, and would stay again.

We found ourselves in the strange situation of booking the property over a year ahead of time and the unit being sold closer to the start of our trip. During that time, demand had increased along with prices all over Maui. The new owners could have cut our reservation to make more money and ended our trip, but instead they honoured the agreed upon price. It was a stressful time for us, but they did the ethical thing and we are so grateful.
We have stayed at Kamaole Sands before and would chose this unit again if we could. The location to the pool is amazing, it was clean, had a great layout, the property managers were very helpful and communicative and even a friendly interaction with the cleaning staff helped make our trip memorable. Kamaole Sands is one of the best places to stay in Maui and this until is one of the best in the complex.
