Property Description

Cool off in this two-bedroom loft that features a split AC system in all rooms!! This is one of the few loft condos at Kamaole Sands with an AC system in the loft, main floor bedroom, and living room!

Enjoy partial ocean views from the living room and lanai. The living area is a large spacious area with high vaulted ceilings. Two couches assure everyone has space to relax, and the six-person dining table is a great entertaining spot! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals so you can eat in or enjoy a relaxing meal out on the lanai.

On the main level, you will also find a bedroom, with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. In the loft, there is a King bed as well as a full bathroom. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed, which allows this condo to accommodate a maximum of six (6) people.

The Kamaole Sands is a great Family friendly property located in South Kihei. It is across the street from Kamaole Beach III, a popular family beach. A short walk away you will find other beaches and many shopping and dining options.

we enjoy are self. The air conditions and fan weren't working Maintenance came right away. We didn't uses facilities because we were in a golf tournament but look good. thank you

This is our third stay at the Kamaole Sands and we were a bit disappointed in this unit. It lacks the look of TLC, the handrail on the staircase is loose and some floor tiles outside the downstairs bedroom were loose and chipped. We had problems with the a/c because the patio doors need to be kept open so it doesn’t overheat. The bathtub stoppers had to be replaced and the ceiling fan in the living room chirps. It took us quite a while to find sheets for the hideabed and never found a blanket for it.
Last but not least the Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded, the service in the downstairs bedroom is very poor.
Sorry to be so negative but attending to these items will make future stays more enjoyable

This condo is in a great location and has a partial ocean view from the lanai. The grounds are beautiful, the barbecue areas were spotless and the pool area is very large with the pool having a comfortable temperature during our February/March stay. The condo itself is tired. The carpets in the bedrooms are in need of a deep clean or replacement. If some furniture was removed the condo would feel more spacious. The door to the AC on the lanai is broken and as we walked around the complex, seemed to be the only one in this condition. The condo was not up to cleaning standards with heavy dust noticeable in some areas. With 2 couples sharing the unit, some privacy for the loft occupants would be appreciated. We would stay in Kamaole Sands again but not this unit.

It’s my kids first time visiting the island. They loved that Kam III is walking distance. We’ve had a total of nine turtle sightings. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We’re already planning our next trip and hopefully staying here!

awesome! loved the condo. great view of west Maui mtn and ocean. will miss it greatly. back to the grind unfortunately, but that's what makes vacations so special. beautiful island, the fish are always amazing a d saw a turtle, so fun!! thanks again for the great time.

I'm not sure why my expectations were a little lower for this unit, but boy was I pleasantly surprised at how great the place is!

The kitchen has everything you would need and they were well stocked with towels and other beach supplies. Everything you need to get started on your Maui vacation was available. The air conditioning systems are excellent built in units that kept the place cool when needed. Much of the time you simply need to open windows and use the screen doors to get a breeze though.

The photos of the lanai do not do the view justice. It's an absolutely spectacular view of north west Maui and the ocean. It was everyone's daily ritual to grab a coffee in the morning and enjoy that view. Incredible!

Comfortable beds all around but the mattress on the sofa bed could use replacing. However, the sofa itself was huge and plenty comfortable to sleep on itself so it wasn't much of a problem and isn't affecting my rating.

The entire property has an amazing pool, immaculate grounds and is close to several beaches. Kamaole Sands is a great home base for your Maui vacation.

Really loved our stay and highly recommend this property.
