We invite you to stay at our wonderful, tropical condominium at Kamaole Sands. Conveniently located on the ground floor in popular Building Three, you will be just steps away from the beautiful swimming pool, two hot tubs (one is adult only), and a kiddy pool. If the ocean is calling you, just a three-minute stroll through the beautiful grounds will lead you to the lovely Kamaole III Beach Park.

Our 818-square-foot condominium comfortably sleeps up to four people with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and we have added twin murphy beds in the living room. These are regular-sized super comfortable twin beds - so much more comfortable than the sofabeds. And very easy to open and close. Use one or two, they are great for both kids and adults.

There is never congestion in getting ready for an evening out with two full bathrooms. If dining at home is on the agenda, the brand-new kitchen has all of the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils that you will need. The oversized, 166-square-foot tiled lanai has a lovely garden view and leads out to a nice grassy lawn.

We love Kamaole Sands with its beautifully landscaped grounds and fountains. We think you will find our condominium is very cozy and comfortable. The location of the condo is what makes it special. Being on the ground floor, there is no elevator to deal with. The assigned parking space is very close by. Just a short jaunt over the lawn and you are at the pool where Wednesday afternoons have live music with hula dancing. You can sit on the lanai and hear it perfectly or join the action!

I highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. With that we did leave behind some beach toys and pool noodles for the next guest to use. The location was perfect near to all shopping and Uno Grindz. Until net time Mahalo!

Overall our experience was very positive, beds were comfortable (including the two Murphy beds in the living room), location was amazing, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Unit came supplied with plenty of beach toys, chairs, coolers and a few snorkel sets. The unit could use a little TLC and essentials such a some cleaning products, salt/pepper and a dish cloth to wipe counters.
