Elly’s condo was just what she advertised. Elly is a very kind & professional lady. First impression was we honestly weren't sure. But it didn't take long until we felt right at home. This place was the perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed....and more. It even had scotch tape!! Elly was a fantastic host...very approachable, pleasant, and accommodating. She customed our stay to meet our needs, which made our stay exceptionally pleasant right up until the end. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to re-visit Maui. The Condo was perfect and located in our favorite Kamaole Sands Property! The owner was extremely responsive and communication was easy and helpful. The condo was clean & comfortable and we genuinely enjoyed our little escape. We would definitely rent this unit again. It was exactly what the Doctor ordered and gave us some great sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for sharing your little piece of Heaven!
Elly's vacation home is a perfect location if you'd like to be a close distance to the beaches, local restaurants, and stores in Kihei and Wailea. It was a good home base for us as we explored the upcountry, Haleakala National Park, Paia, Maalea harbor, and West Maui.
Instructions were very clear and communication is prompt.
If you sleep more comfortably with the AC on at night, be mindful that the AC system runs for 6 hours max on one cycle, which you can turn on again.
We had an amazing stay, place was clean and tidy. Everything we need for an awesome stay in Maui. We would definitely rent again !!

We had an amazing time at this property. The hosts were very communicative. Location is perfect and safe.
Staying at the Kamaole Sands was a great decision. It was clean and located very close to several beaches and several delightful restaurants. Being from Alaska, we dont have much beach gear, except for swimming suits. However, the owner of the condo that we stayed at had beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards, as well as a wagon to haul everything in. We had a wonderful time. Kamaole Sands was a lovely respite after a hard day of play.
This condo is located a walking distance from the beach. It is spacious and very well equipped. Communication with the owner, Elly, was excellent. We had a lovely time there. We strongly recommend staying there.

Close to everything.
Didn't like - bathrooms not fully cleaned. Showers looked and smelled moldy. Dining table and cookware need to be updated.

We had a great stay at Kamaole Sands. Elly, the host was super nice, responsive and welcoming which is hard to do via text these days! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Dining and bars were all walking distance. Kamaole Beach III was right across the street, which we enjoyed everyday. And could watch a killer sunset/sunrise from there everyday!
