Accommo was typical, well stocked albeight needs an upgrade on utensils and the likes. Could have used a slightly better cleaning tho. Access to such things like cooler, chairs, boogy boards a bonus. Furnishings a little dated. All in all, a great stay and the resort is very nice.
Perfect for our small family. Walking distance to beach. Great pool for kids. Quiet and peaceful.
This condo was located in the perfect spot close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Unit was clean, quiet and nice. Would definitely stay here again if I have to visit Maui again!

It was a nice unit, but the air conditioning was a bit loud.
Was a nice place to stay for the two of us. Very quiet with a nice pool and hot tubs.
My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the complex was close to a variety of shops/restaurants and was also across the street from a great beach! I will definitely recommend to other friends/family.
Property is in great location across street from beach and easily within walking distance to restaurants, etc. Condo is comfy and had everything I needed. Only complaint was that there was someone else’s food still in fridge.
Definitely would recommend this place to others.
A repeat visit to Kamaole Sands did not disappoint. The kitchen had all that we needed and the bed was comfortable. Friends stayed on the pullout couch for our last night on Maui and found it not bad at all. This particular unit’s lanai looked onto a somewhat busy street and had room for only 2 chairs (one broken) and a table. The furthest possible unit from the beach and it was right next to the stairwell, but we were not bothered by any noise. The beach gear (including towels) needs to be updated/replaced. The grounds and pool area are so beautiful and it’s so close to the Kamaole beaches that you can’t beat the location. We love Kamaole Sands.

We are a family of 4 that stayed at the property for 8 nights. The condo was bigger than we expected with lots of space for our luggage and very comfortable with two full bathrooms. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, a small washer dryer, and it also had some small beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie board. The condo is all the way at the end of the floor, which helped as we didn't hear many people walk in the corridors and the lanai had more than180 degree views both to the ocean and the mountains. The location in Kihei is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, beach and the complex is huge with pools, tennis courts and pavilions with grills. The property managers are wonderful with communication. Any questions we had while we were planning our trip to after we reached there were answered within the hour. We had a small thing to be taken care of during our stay, and someone was sent within an hour to look at it. Only thing we possibly missed, were may be two additional chairs in the lanai (there are two currently). Overall a great place to stay at a great value!
It was fabulous all-around, and we so appreciated the unexpected supply of beach equipment.
