The apartment was as listed. Beautiful area across from the beach, down the street from shopping/dining areas.
I recommend this locate if you’re looking for a low key, low maintenance stay. Kitchen has most everything you need to call this place home. Right across the street from the beach. We will be back!
I stayed with my 2 teen daughters for a wedding. Very basic accommodation, darker main living room as at back corner of resort, no sea views. Needs love, old decor, doors with dents and scratches, shower handle wonky when turned, towel rail fell off. Some lights and ceiling fans didnt work. The building roofing work although not this section was noisey and gardeners trimming hedges at 7am.
Pool was lush but saw kids told off for tossing a pool ball. Spa had hair floating in it. Main bed comfy, 2 singles on one room was very small so glad for fold out couch. We greatly appreciated the welcome basket. Basically we tried not spend too much time in there and used other family members flash pads.
Beach across the road was easy and nice. Would have been nice to have decent beach chairs and body body in the deck lock up instead of old flippers and cobwebs.
We loved our stay at this property would recommend to anyone wanting a great spot for their vacation
Stayed here in March for family wedding. Great location - close walk to the beach. Great price for the location.
Had a wonderful time! We rented several units at Kamaole Sands for a family reunion. The beaches were close and pool was great!
Fantastic! Waking to the sounds of the local birds, great BBQ, pool, & jacuzzi areas with Kamaole III beach across the streeet - couldn't be any better. Staff were very helpful.
Condo is in a great location right across from the beach. Pool and gym are great! Very close to hotels for restaurants and happy hour!
Everything was taken care of when we arrived, beach towels were provided, gift bag, washer/dryer, cute little kitchen and great having to bedrooms and two bathrooms. Would definitely stay there again!

I had the most wonderful week in Maui at this great condo! The location is perfect! The beach is just across the street and the Condo itself is just steps from the pool, gym & activity center. I am on a budget so did a lot of our meals using the kitchen & BBQ grills which are also just steps away from the condo. The kitchen is well equipped, it had everything I needed to prepare meals. A lot of our meals were eaten on the lanai with a view of the ocean. I can’t wait to go back!!!
