Will definitely stay again. Clean, friendly and great location.
We had a great visit at Kamaole Sands. We had one issue with the floors not being very clean, but our host got the cleaning staff there very quickly to fix the situation and a nice condo to be in. Could use a few extra things like some Tupperware type stuff, but all in all a great time!
We’ve stayed in Williams property before. Everything was just as we remembered it. He communicated well and the property was beautiful.
The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in an excellent location. William was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly.The condo itself was in a grat location within the complex, close to pools and BBQs and had a great view from the large lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need to cook and clean for the week.

My husband, kids and I haven stayed at this condo before. The location is great. The lanai is fantastic. The Murphy bed is so much better than a pull out couch.
Sadly I had to cancel going this time, but my mom and her siblings still went. I had to send another family member to help them out and the owner was very accommodating.
The only issue they had was the floor. They said the cleaners must have forgot to wash it. The condo and the bedding were clean otherwise. I would book here again.
Our initial experience was not good. The condo was in a dirty state - dirty floors, shower/toilet/soap dish not clean, bio matter on walls and mattress cover. When this matter was brought before general manager Kasper, the condo was deep cleaned. This occurred over 2 days for which we were reimbursed.
After the cleaning, our vacation resumed at the level to which we expected it to be in the first place. The condo is very nice but starting to show its age. The lanai looks over the central garden area. The grounds and buildings are immaculately kept.
We would stay here again if cleanliness is kept up.
I had friends staying in another condo on the property and this condo layout and setup was superior. It’s a beauty, situated as an end unit with a bigger lanai. The owner promptly repelled to any questions I had.
Second time renting from William and the experience was excellent once again. Property was great and the Condo was exactly what we expected!
