Enjoy the lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

This is an amazing property. The condo itself is very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It comes complete with many beach accessories. This was the second time that we stayed in this condo, and I can’t say enough about the view. We were able to watch whales playing in the ocean from our lanai, and you have a clear view of the ocean from the kitchen. Also, the staff at PMI Maui are excellent. One of our beach umbrellas wasn’t working. I sent Matt an email (because it wasn’t a big deal, and there was no rush). They responded almost immediately, and delivered a new umbrella the same afternoon. Overall, I highly recommend this property, and PMI Maui. Our next Hawaiian vacation will also be booked through PMI Maui. Mahalo.

This is our 4th time staying at the Kamaole Sands complex and 1st time in this unit. The unit was well equiped and maintained. We were comfortable as 5 adults in the unit. Check in and out processes were seamless. Communication very good with PMI Maui.

We had such a great time staying at this location. 6 friends to celebrate a 40th birthday - and it was perfect! Plenty of space, VERY walkable to the beach and coffee/food, and well-stocked with beach chairs and towels. Matt was super responsive as well. Would highly recommend this spot!

Place worked out great, Samaole Sands is a wonderful family facility. Property manager Matt was very responsive throughout booking through checkout. I think we will be back.

The condo is in a well-equipped and well-maintained complex, and the location is convenient to access beaches and stores. The rooms were very clean and kitchen well stocked for essentials. We also had great view of the yard & pools, since the unit is on the top floor.

The condo is very clean and well equipped. The rooms are nice in size but the beds in room upstairs are more meant for kids as the mattresses are very thin and uncomfortable. The AC outlet is on the balcony (true for every unit in the complex) and makes the balcony quite uncomfortable due to the heat coming out of it. It is a good way to dry you towels though! The Ac of the room facing the stairs is quite noisy , same dor the sealing fan. So if you're a light sleeper you'll need to turn them off, but it'll get hot.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was wonderful and the pool and beach were amazing. The condo was clean and fit 7 people (2 adults and 5 teenagers) well. The upstairs loft (3rd bedroom) is open to the space so not great for light sleepers but had plenty of room.
A/C worked excellent and kept the place nice and cool. The A/C exhaust on the Lania was annoying although understandable due to the home owner rules. I would suggest the owner install a small screen or partition to direct the hot air off of the balcony away from the chairs. Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely go back again.

This condo was great for family of 4 adults and two children. Well stocked with dishes, bedding etc. comfy beds, nice couch and bath tubs for the kiddos too small to shower! Nice to have view of the pool to see busy times and view of the ocean was great. Location so close to beach and restaurants etc. Matt was very responsive and helped out with change to check-in. Would definitely stay again:)

One of the reasons I selected this specific rental was because of the space. There was enough room for everyone in our group of 5 to spread out, not have to wait turns to use a bathroom and also have their allocated space. The location was very central to everything and the rental came with everything we needed. The only downside during our stay was that some of the dishes weren’t clean in the cabinet and the unit does show some signs of age and could benefit from minor updates in the bathroom, mainly. Otherwise our stay was great.

Our family, siblings and spouses, enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo. All communication was excellent, the condo was wonderful. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to take to our days at the beach. Would highly recommend!
