Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resort condo complexes in South Maui. We had an incredible stay at this spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Maui! Its prime location, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and shops, made it perfect for our family. The unit was well-equipped, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. As our plane took off, we already missed the amazing memories. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here with my husband, 6 year old daughter and my parents. The space was perfect for all of us to feel comfortable. The location is perfect to explore the whole island and Kam III is right across the street and beautiful. The property is gorgeous and the condo is very well equipped. Easy to cook each day and the washer dryer is fast and convenient. Jenny was very responsive and the directions were easy to follow. Would recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Kamaole Sands in South Kihei. We have stayed at this resort several times and it was perfect for us. We had one of our daughters stay with us plus our sister in a 3 bedroom unit. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. We also loved having 3 bathrooms.

We had a wonderful time in this Condo. We had 4 adults and 4 children and we felt like we had plenty of space. Having 3 Bathrooms is quite helpful after a sandy day at the beach. The location was perfect as we were quite close to lots of amazing beaches that you'll find in South Maui. Walking to Kam 3 take just 3 minutes, but you can also drive to many other great options within 5 minutes. We spent lots of time at Maluaka beach, Wailea beach, Ulua beach, and Kam 2. The condo had 4 boogie boards, 5-6 beach chairs and 2 great umbrellas. The AC units worked well and everything else in the condo were great. This was a great option at a great price.

Kamaole Beach III was just across the street. Walk was perfect with toddler in tow. Local restaurants were amazing, Cinnamon Roll Palace, Cafes, Ice Cream, Sandwiches, Pizza all walkable.
We stayed with 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children (11,7,3). 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Tons of beach supplies in the Lanai closet. Parking spots were excellent. Elevator access great. Utilize the washer/dryer and AC perfect for the warm afternoons.
Owners are responsive and helpful, our Thanksgiving was fantastic. Excellent driving distance to airport, road to Hana, and Haleakala. We hope to have the pleasure of staying again in the future!

We really have nothing negative to say about this property and it was just as described. We loved the location and proximity to the beach. We had two little kids and three seniors with some mobility issues in our group and there was no issues getting around within the complex or around the beach. The unit was well maintained and everyone commented on how perfect it was for our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this unit! Highly recommend especially if you have a family with mixed ages as there was something for everyone.

Everything was great; location, size of unit, amenities.
only complaint was the beddings were not as fresh as I would have like. We had to wash them ourselves before sleeping. Other than that, we had a great time and would love to come back to the same unit.
