Amazing view! Beautiful condo! Excellent hosts! We came for my 60th birthday and is was a wonderful trip.
A great apartment in a great location.Apartment is well located away from the road so no road noise at night, and the pool shuts down at 10pm so again no noise after that (though usually it was quiet anyway). Before then if you shut the window vents it's quiet should there be noise from the pool. I also found the general area of the complex very quiet overall. Note that the pool area also has a small mostly shaded toddler type pool about 2 ft deep which is pretty rare for these complexes.The apartment had everything i needed for my 3 week stay, including 4 beach towels so no need to pack those bulky things. Also had a boogie board, 2 beach chairs , umbrella, a beach "tent", and a medium size cooler. There is a convertible sofa but i didn't use it. There are two bathrooms one with a good shower, one with a bath.Entrance is by an electronic lock which means no need to carry a key around and be worried about losing it on the beach or wherever. Much better than a lockbox with key.I had no issues, for example no insects or similar, probably being second floor helped there, and everything worked eg cooker fridge and so on and the apartment was nicely cleaned and tidy when i entered (and left!). Its a short walk to the Kamaole beaches which have showers and toilets but theres also good parking there if you want to cart a lot of stuff down.Finally if you dive or snorkel from the Kihei boat ramp, its ten minutes walk / 3 minutes drive, very handy.
Nice condo in a beautiful resort! Love the pool area! Bed was firm but very comfortable! Lanai was lovely to have breakfast and coffee in the mornings and take in the views. Len was an excellent host and answered all my questions quickly. Great condo to call “home” while in Maui!
Beautiful property with an excellent location just steps from the beach! The room was clean, had beach chairs, an umbrella and all the necessities in the kitchen. It’s a little bit dated but was still perfect for our 1 week stay in Maui. Len was kind and courteous to check in and make sure everything was going well. I appreciate you Len, thanks for being part of our journey.
Great location, great condo, great island. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach less than 5 minutes everyday as well as walk around Kihei. Check in process and Len has great communication. Would recommend staying but know bed is very firm and AC was limited.
We had an enjoyable time staying at this quiet property. Very walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The Host was gracious and very helpful. Communication from the Host was stellar. The kitchen well stocked. And the unit was nice and suited our needs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay at Kamaole Sands. Lovely property with well-stocked amenities. Len gets an A for communication and very responsive. We liked the location, walkable to beaches and restaurants. Also, with 900 sq ft, we had plenty of room to spread out. (not always true for a one-bedroom condo) Great place to experience Maui!
This was the perfect location, great access to the beach and walking trails along the oceanThe unit was exactly as we expected, and Len was great to deal with and very responsive to our questions.It was great to sit out on the lanai and have our breakfast looking out to both the pool and the ocean in the distanceAlso a perfect spot to watch the sunsets as wellFinally the cool trade winds made the need for the A/C unnecessary
Everything was exceptional. Len was very informative and on top of things from the time we booked the condo. Great location and amenities. Everything we needed was there.

The owners were very easy to get a hold off. They answered my questions quickly and were always available for assistance. Their place was very nice and very clean. It had all the amenities you would need and then some. Dishes and glasses were of a nice quality and plenty of them for a family. They left plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher soap for a few loads which was nice. They also had an ice maker which was nice as well. Great view of the sunsets each night. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beaches. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks Len!!!
We loved our stay at Kamole Sands in Kihei! The location can’t be beat for a day at the beach (right across the street), a walk to shopping and restaurants, or an evening on the lanai watching the sunset. The owner was very responsive to our needs and the unit is very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we loved our time in Kihei. The condo is in a great location, with easy access to the beach, pool, and BBQ grills. Additionally, the host was incredibly gracious and thoroughly answered our questions in an incredibly timely manner. It was a very easy booking process, and we would happily do it again in the near future. Thank you for a great trip!

The condo was incredibly clean and offered all the things to make our stay just right—beach towels, cooler, beach chairs.
Len was always in close communication with us, making sure we had everything we needed.
I love that this condo has A/C units in both the living room and bedroom, something I always look for when booking a condo in Maui.

The condo is perfect! There’s lots of upgrades, the building is quiet and easy to access, and the location is close to restaurants and the beach.
We love this condo. Close walking distance to beaches and great restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals to dine in. This unit has lovely decor and is very clean. Looking forward to a return visit.

This is the perfect location to all destinations on Maui. The check in was easiest ever. An immaculate condo, and the communication with the owner was the best!
My wife and I loved our stay at Len and Karen's condo in Kihei. The unit is clean and the kitchen well-supplied with what you need for cooking. Patio looking out on grounds is a great place to eat breakfast and just enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Gym for working out has cardio equipment and weights. Kamaole Beach III is right across the street and an easy walk.
Len's communication was timely and helpful for all aspects of our stay.

Stayed at this well maintained condo for 12 days. Good view, nice pool, barbeque grill area. Beach located across the street. Would give this unit a 6 star rating (instead of 5 star max rating). Hope to return again sometime!
