This unit was exactly as pictured and had everything you could need for several nights in South Maui. The location was fantastic- close to some shops and restaurants and right across from a small beach, perfect for catching nightly sunsets. The unit was nicely upgraded with all the kitchen supplies you might need for cooking, although we only had breakfast during our stay. The beach supplies were a nice to have as well, including the cooler to keep our drinks cold in the summer heat. The newer washer/dryer was so helpful to have, and they even had a stash of laundry detergent available. We loved the central location of Kihei to have access to several nice sandy beaches for snorkeling and relaxing as well as a balance between Hana and Kaanapali for day trips. Check in was a breeze, and the unit had clearly been "prepped" for us with lights and AC on and ready to go, including welcome cookies! The AC on all levels and in the bedroom were key, as they quickly cooled the place in the afternoon and balanced the entire unit nicely. The upstairs "bedroom" is definitely a loft with open walls and view down to the living room, but it was a perfect set up for our family of 4. The closed bedroom was on the back end of the unit, with the kitchen in between, so I could even see 2 couples finding privacy with the layout. We appreciate the king bed and 2 twins and found them very comfortable as well as all the linens provided. The view from the unit and outdoor lanai was straight on to the ocean and sunset. The complex and grounds were lovely as well. Very quiet overall, and the pool was a nice to have for an afternoon break from the beaches. I felt right at home with the newer updates and furnishing, and all in all I would highly recommend this unit.

This unit was bright and beautiful with the perfect amount of space for us and our two kids. We had a few sets of friends staying in the same building, and our unit was far nicer, brighter, and felt much bigger. The kitchen was well stocked. I was very impressed by how clean it felt upon arrival and was so nice to have a washer and dryer. The kamole sands property itself is beautifully maintained, and this unit had gorgeous sunset views, and a beautiful view of the pool. I would 100% stay here again. We spent most of our days at Kamole Beach 3 just across the street. If you go to the far left when you come onto the beach looking at the ocean there’s a great little cove where we saw tons of sea turtles. We loved the location and walkable proximity to all the little shops and restaurants.
The location and property were beautiful. Communicatoon was strong with the property management company. Would definitely stay there again!

This is an amazing unit. Our family of 2 teens boys + 1 teen girl fit perfectly with plenty of space. We loved the updated unit, kitchen with all supplies, and especially the full size washer/dryer. The view off the balcony was perfect for sunsets. I wouldn't have changed a single thing! This unit is in the back of the resort, but I liked this because there was no street noise. I will say we did not utilize the beach access; the beach across the street is one of the most popular - and has a beautiful view. However, it's a public beach with lots of locals and even some homeless folks. I'm not sure if this is typical or unusual. That said, we played on numerous other beaches as we had already planned - snorkeling and exploring. I would totally stay at this unit again even knowing this about the beach. The resort felt very nice and secure! The construction didn't bother us at all. Zero noise from that during our stay. Thank you, Matt. Again, perfect unit!

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. The complex grounds were meticulously landscaped and beautiful. We took advantage of all things offered - pool, hot tubs and pickle ball courts. Very conveniently located directly across the street from the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very easy check-in. Loved every minute. Condo had 4 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards and other beach supplies! 10 out of 10.
This property is everything it says it will be and more! For a family of 5 with children of varying ages, it was equipped with all that we needed to have a home away from home. The attention to detail and obvious effort into making ones stay special and relaxing goes above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
Could not have found a better spot! Clean, organized with all the necessities (including beach gear), and modern/cute! Friends staying in the same complex always hung out at our place because it was so nicely updated! Would choose again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Owners were super responsive and kind!
This was an amazing unit and location. It’s at the back of the property in building 5 and on the 4th (top) floor that over looks the pool and has a great view of the sun setting behind the palms. The unit is renovated beautifully!!! Fully loaded kitchen with all the gadgets, complimentary package of Maui coffee and cookies, the fridge even had left over basic condiments that we appreciated, as well as spices/herbs/oils/etc in the cupboard. The pull out couch seemed larger than a regular one plus it has the chaise for added space-you could definitely fit 3 smaller children. My family of 5 comfortably fit on the couch to watch a movie with the bed pulled out. We definitely utilized the large washer/dryer and they provide detergent, which was so nice! Plenty of beach towels and beach gear is provided in the storage unit on the lanai, the pool/hot tub is great, and they even have free ice down by the pool, so you can fill up the provided cooler for a day at the beach. There is A/C, but you get great breezes through the unit too. The beach across the street is great for swimming and snorkeling. My only cautions are 1) beware with small children and the spiral staircase, 2) the coverlets are thin and uncomfortable, but they provided plenty of fluffy, comfy blankets 3) there isn’t a dining room table, however the huge island is great, as well as, the lanai. We loved the location!!! It was centrally located in Kihei and Wailea. We would LOVE to stay here again!
Our family is very pleased with our stay here. Family of five with 2 teenagers and 5 year old, we had plenty of space. Pros; can’t beat location! This unit is the top floor so excellent sunset and ocean views, great proximity to the pool, grills and ocean is across the street. Walkable to restaurants and short drive to Wailea for shopping and golf. Cons: teenagers said the twin beds were small and not as comfortable as they would like and we would have loved some kids cups for our youngest but I think that is a nicety and not necessary. Pros: The unit had beach chairs and snorkel gear, boogie boards etc which is such a nice feature. Two bathrooms perfect for family. Community hula presentation and lesson on Wednesday was a wonderful surprise and perfect for our last day. If you play tennis or pickle ball there is opportunity for that in the community. We saw so much of the island we did not take advantage of that but maybe next time. We would stay here again and appreciate how clean the unit was at check in. Love Maui!

Our previous rental was canceled just 5 days before we were set to arrive. Fortunately we found this listing and were able to quickly reserve! We loved having breakfast on the lanai with our toddler, easy access to the pool and beach across the street, and we enjoyed several meals from nearby cafes.

Family of four started in updated 2 BR condo close to pool. Check in service was easy. PMI covered everything with emails and texts prior to our stay. They were quick to get back to me after we got there when we had questions. Condo was nicely appointed, clean and had all we needed during our weeklong stay.
Great property. Very clean and updated as the listing indicates. Worked well for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens.
