We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It’s beautifully updated and the new AC is an added bonus. The location is perfect being across from the beach and within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. Cara was quick to respond and assisted with additional baby equipment rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is excellent! it is immaculate and convenient to everything. We had lots of room, and having 2 bathrooms was a special treat. I loved having a washer and dryer too! There are books to read and take to the beach, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler, and all the little kitchen stuff you need (she even left us snacks). It was like staying at your “best friends” beach condo, that just happens to be in Maui :)..so welcoming and cozy. I loved sitting on the lanai in the morning, and seeing the ocean to my right, and the mountains to my left. The parking space is numbered, and just a few steps to the condo, so you never have to search for a place to park, even when you come in late at night. We visited beautiful beaches every day-my favorite was Polo Beach, the sunsets are dreamy. We enjoyed dinner at a different place every nite. Mama’s fish house is a must..and that little beach, by her restaurant, is like something out of a storybook. Thanks for sharing your rental with us. It was the best vacation of my life!
We had a wonderful stay in Maui and enjoyed Cara and Sig's Kamaole Sands condo. Their condo was exactly as listed; very clean and maintained! We got the opportunity to meet both Cara and Sig which they are both are very kind and friendly.
My family has stayed at Kamaole Sands four different times and each time we stay at a different condo because we haven't found one we feel completely comfortable in. This condo exceeded all of our expectations!
We enjoyed this condo and the communication with Cara so much that we went ahead and booked it again for next year!
A beautiful condo in a great location. Access to beach and restaurants is fantastic and the grounds have a resort-like feel. Beautiful! We can’t think of a single thing to change.
My adult son found the sofa bed very comfortable, and the second bathroom and washer/dryer were nice to have.
There were also some nice extras provided, like beach chairs, boogie boards, etc, and some snacks on arrival.
Highly recommend to anyone!

Had a great time here. There is an elevator and the walk to the beach and pool/hot tub is very short and can be done with no stairs. Really a wonderful location when traveling with someone disabled, my mama really appreciated! The condo was beautiful, clean, communication wonderful and prompt. No complaints!
