Kamaole Sands 2-106 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring a window air-conditioner, a private washer/dryer, and a ground-floor lanai. Located on the ground floor, this unit can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled living room area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with tropical decorations, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and a window A/C unit to help stay cool.
Relax and unwind in the bedroom with a King size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a large vanity space and a tiled walk-in shower. You will also find a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is equipped in this unit. Enjoy the lush surroundings on your ground floor lanai. Take in the partial peek-a-boo view of the ocean on an outdoor dining table for 4. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counterspace for easy meal prepping.

Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds with amenities such as tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, BBQ with outdoor dining area, and parking. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a nice beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.
*** Ongoing construction will be active at Kamaole Sands until December 2025. This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited. During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy. All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Any cars parked in these colored areas that are preventing the contractors from staging their materials are subject to Tow at the guest's expense. ***

The property managers for this unit have a company name MyPerfectStays, and that is a very apt description of our vacation. The unit is well appointed and wonderfully located. Main floor allows easy access to grass beyond our lanai, and to the nearby bbq area. The beach is just across the street from the condo complex. The condo unit, the complex and the property managers are all highly recommended!

We loved this condo. Having a ground floor unit was so convenient with easy access to the pool and BBQs, yet it still felt private. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. It was also well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen items to beach gear. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in an beautifully kept complex. The ground floor unit is well located to a bbq area and the pool as well as not far from beach. Parking was great - right in front of our door. The unit has everything that you will need - and then some. It is also very quiet. The communication with management was very good. The one negative comment that I would make is that, as with rentals, the furniture is getting a bit 'tired' and it could be updated. Overall our stay was awesome. How could it not be - we're in Maui!

Sad to say outside of fridge and garbage can filthy, some of the towels were questionable as to whether they were clean. Bedskirt moved and sheet over box spring was horribly dirty. Disappointed with the cleanliness on arrival otherwise a nice suite.

First time staying at Kamaole sands, grounds are amazing, we had a ground floor which was super convenient for having an infant. The pool was a great size and we were walking distance to the beach. The condo itself was a nice size for us. Condo had a king size bed and a queen pullout with all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. Overall would recommend this unit for anyone travelling.

This is our 4th visit to Kamaole Sands and 9th trip to Maui. At Kamaole Sands you always know what you're getting a beautiful landscape, nice pool, near beaches. The only variable is your condo. This stay our condo was perfect. We had a little trouble figuring out how work the over complicated TV's and remotes but called Perfect Stays management team and they had a nice gentleman come and help figure the system out for us.

We love staying at Kamaole. It's one of the better places on the south side. Easy drives to Kahalui and Paia. This unit is great because it's on the first floor and opens to the large courtyard area. Easy access to the bbq areas. Quick walk to Kamaole ll and lll, and Keawakapu beaches. Two beds, 1 bedroom, 1 pullout, sleeps 4 comfortably. Very nice.

We have a great time! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all we needed for our vacation. We were quite surprised to find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and even a bodyboard! How cool is that? :)
When it comes to parking, I am kind of picky because I have to find parking for working purposes every day. Guess what? We had a reserved parking spot almost in front of the condo's door. Happy me!
If one only very very small suggestion, it is time to sharpen the knives. ;)
