I simply cannot say enough good things about this property. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. The owners have truly done an outstanding job decorating the home, keeping it clean, keeping it well stocked, and maintaining it. This is much appreciated from a couple who travels and has stayed in many VRBO's before. This is by far the best. While sitting on the beach during our stay we loved it so much, we booked our stay for next year. The kitchen is so well stocked you do not need to bring ANYTHING. Stop at the grocery store and you are all set. They also provided a wagon for transporting items to the beach, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and so much more. We took one of the umbrellas to the beach during our stay and the wind suddenly picked up and broke the umbrella. Right away we messaged to apologize and asked where we could get another to replace it. The management company that handles the property is outstanding. Communication with them was fast and reliable. Our dream is to one day own a condo in Maui. If that dream comes true, we will be modeling our condo after this one and contacting this management company. Everything was absolute perfection. Thank you for a wonderful experience and stay.

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands a number of times and this unit was the best. Very well equipped and very well managed by PMI. I wouldn't rent through any other management company. Matt is hands on and addresses your concerns right away. We will be back to Kamaole Sands again and hopefully will get this unit again.

This ground floor unit is absolutely gorgeous, and exactly like the pictures and as described. It is very newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows, even the pull out, are very comfortable. There are two air conditioning units that work very well and allow you to maintain different temperatures in the bedroom vs the main area. The lanai is a nice size and has very comfortable seats. The unit is well stocked and they provide high end bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs a beach cooler and boogie boards. It is in a great location. The pool is close, it is walking distance to shops and restaurants, the beach is across the street with a cross walk right there so safe and easy to get to. You can walk along the beach to many different beautiful beaches. They have tennis and pickle ball courts, you can rent racquets if needed. Amazing sunsets from the lanai. Check in is professional and easy, parking is very close to the unit. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. There is an activity desk in the pool area, some of the activities they book are at a lower rate than you can book them directly for. We did a helicopter tour and snorkel tour through them and they were both cheaper and great tours. The property manager Matthew from PMI Maui was very attentive and helpful. New appliances including washer and dryer. Our family loved everything about this unit and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

The unit was the perfect location for our girls to play and explore while we relaxed on the lanai. It was a short stroll to the pool and close to a BBQ area, but also felt private and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, so meals were easy to prepare. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained and we loved that it was a 1 minute walk to the beach across the street. Booking and check in were smooth, and we had no issues with our stay. We would definitely recommend Kamaole Sands! This was our second time to the property and I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Kamaole Sands 2-103. The lanai was private but had a wonderful expansive view of the grounds and provided a great meeting place for all of our family of 10. The unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We would definitely return if we are able!

This was the second time we have stayed in this unit for the month of November. Although it is a little dated, it was very clean and suited our needs just fine. We enjoyed being on the ground floor close to the BBQ. A few things that were missing or needed replaced were taken care of immediately by Matt and Tonya. We have already booked again for next year!

This apartment was exactly as described. It was very comfortable, a home away from home. I can find nothing to criticise. The letting agents were very responsive when I had a small issue. I would certainly stay there again.
the property was great, with some minor things that weren’t so great. the bed had sand in it, the back door was stuck and wouldn’t open, and there were bugs everywhere on the floor on the kitchen and living room. other than those things, the property was nice and everything around in the area was easily accessible to walk to.
We loved our stay, the apartment was clean and so close to beach, just a couple of mins walk. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of clean towels and sheets. Very happy with our stay!
