The property details are very accurate. It's easy to walk across to the beach and the location is near many restaurant options.
Very close to pools and beach. Nice garden area for the kids to play in. Don't really have anything bad to say.
We had a wonderful holiday in the condo from start to finish. While the check- in is typically 4 pm, we got a text stating the suite was ready at about 2:30 pm … we were so appreciative to be able to get groceries in fridge, etc. We were accommodated again on the departure which made all the difference to the enjoyment of our trip. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being on the ground floor was the best for enjoying the bbq, birds and coming and going to the pool with a senior. We have stayed at Kamaole several times over the years and this condo was awesome. Maholo!
Could’ve used a deep clean of things like the baseboards and fans but overall was set up well.
Great access to the grounds for early mornings outside. Supplied outdoor furniture and good beach chairs and umbrella and some sand toys.
Coordinated with a local baby rental company and our baby items were in the condo ready to go when we arrived which was very convenient.
Best part was the location. Very close to parking (convenient with loading up lots of stuff for kids). Very close to outdoor grill. Easy walk to the pool and the beach. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids
Not only was the location excellent, the convenience of a ground floor unit was hard to beat. The AC is only in the main living space, but by using fans to push cold air into the bedrooms at night, we slept really well even with the heat!
The unit is fully stocked including everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool. We will absolutely look for this unit when we come back.

The property needs a deep clean; the baseboards are dirty and the kitchen cupboard under the sink. We did get ants but did agree for them to spray.
The outdoor storage needs a big clean. There were not 6 glasses of 2 styles as well as short on red wine stems. Some of the frying pans needed replacing as well as a beach chair. This was all conveyed to the managing property. Overall, the unit was ideal for our situation.
We loved so many things: the location, the layout of the unit, the patio, the melamine dishes that we could bring outside! We did wish the kitchen had better and more pots, pans and utensils. Only two kitchen towels, and no cleaning supplies except a broom. And the bedding was sub-par.
We came to Maui on a 2 week family vacation with three kids ages 8, 10, 12. Condo was clean, well stocked and a fantastic location. This unit has a lovely view of the grounds and ocean! Very safe and quiet. Pool is close but far enough that you don’t get the noise in the evening. Check in was easy and management team checked in by text regularly to see if we needed anything. Would absolutely stay here again!
We loved our week long stay at the Kamaole Sands!! Our was six people (2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 4 years)) and the unit had more than enough space. The unit is recently renovated and the decor is very tastefully done. The unit is also well stocked and has everything you need to comfortably cook, relax and enjoy. We loved the location of the unit too on the ground floor. Perfect for the kiddos to run out on the lawn in the mornings and evenings. It was also just a short 2 min walk to the Kam III beach which was perfect. Lots of other great amenities at the Kamaole Sands property; pool, baby pool, kids hot tub, adults hot tub, exercise facility, BBQ and picnic spots, tennis, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.
