Wonderful location, wonderful unit!
Excellent location and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. From coffee pot, espresso machine, rice cooker, snorkel gear, laundry soap, and much more. No issues what so ever and you can tell the hosts want to make it easy for the guests to situate themselves in the home.
Property was even better than the pictures. Well maintained. Everything you could need was thought of and provided to include beach gear. Location could not be beat, walkable to great local food and shopping. The highlight is surely the view and the beach just outside your door. Saw several turtles swimming and enjoyed sunsets and hearing the waves.

It’s not often you find the perfect VRBO, because they get booked up in advance. Fantastic location, communication, amenities and host. I couldn’t wish for anything more. Thanks again for the beautiful stay. We’ll be back!

Our week in Kihei was beautiful. This property is steps to the beach. We were able to snorkel with fish and turtles right outside. Easy to sun bathe, swim, snorkel, and take breaks with a bathroom and full kitchen just steps away. The owners are quick to respond as well as keep a fully stocked house, including all kitchen needs, towels and soaps. Was well worth it and our family loved everything!
Property was right on the beach and walkable to restaurants and bars around Kihei. Can’t beat the sunset views! Will definitely be back to this property!

Exceptional location with high end condos
This condo was lovely, it has a great location and nicely appointed. We had a great time enjoying the sunsets on the lanai and swimming in the ocean which is literally at your fingertips. Shopping, groceries, and restaurants are close at hand which is a big plus. We will happily stay there again.
There are a lot of places advertising oceanfront, but after walking many miles of Kihei beaches, this complex is unique - it may be the only condo that I would say is truly right on the beach.
The unit is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, and you are only carrying them a few yards to get to the sand. Kam 1 seems slightly less crowded than 2 and 3 (hard to define where Charley Young and Kam differentiate). I didn’t think this was much of a snorkeling beach, mainly because it was a little rough water around the rocks while we were there, but we did see turtles pretty much whenever we wanted, and I even had a big one run into me while I was out bobbing in the waves!
The unit itself is exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s not huge, but perfect for our family of 4. I’ve mainly stayed in resorts in Hawaii, but this is the first place where I didn’t see a single insect in the room. Bedroom 2 is pretty small and the bathrooms aren’t big, but the 3-head shower in the main bath is awesome.
I love the location - walking distance to pretty much anything you might want to eat (I recommend the Food Truck Oasis at South Maui Gardens about a 10 minute walk away).
The only negative is the parking is tight. We had a larger SUV that required a little backing in and out every time we were coming or going, but pretty hard to complain about parking 20 feet from your room.
We plan on this as our go-to for any future Maui visits!
